Amber froze as she heard the one word echoing through her head, it was a scream of pain and... Akira's...
Quickly pulling up her group menu she noticed his health had dropped into the grey zone, pulling up the map she noticed that he was only a few streets away, standing next to a NPC dot, obviously he had somehow gotten himself into trouble and it seems he had engaged the NPC in a fight and was losing.
Running out the inns door, she threw a small bag of coins at the innkeeper to pay for the rooms she had gotten herself and Akira, shouting that she would be back soon before she took off down the street.
As she ran she was slightly scared that she would be too late, luckily the distence wasn't as great as she had first though because as she turned a corner she found herself face to back with a heavily armoured NPC.

[NPC-BOSS]Paladin
Level 20

Hovered above the NPC and if the situation was any different she would of facepalmed at the idea of Akira taking on a Level 20.
Moving round slightly, still out of sight from the NPC but able to now see the pinned akira, making small sounds of pain around the sword through his intestines.
Growling, Amber quickly moved and pulled her Sword free from its sheath, watching as it lit itself on fire. Looking at the NPC she realised she had the advantage, he didnt know she was there and his weakest point was facing her an easy topic. All she had to do was end it in one shot to end it.
Taking a deep breath and centring herself before she began to run, pulling her sword up to swing at the NPCs neck in hopes of decapitating it. Just as she pulled the sword down to cut she found herself clashing with a blade hilt as the Paladin noticed her at the last minute, pulling his blade from Akira's stomach to block her.
Jumping back to gain distance away from akira and drawing the paladin away so that akira could take cover somewhere so that he wouldnt lose anymore health.
Facing off against the NPC the chances of winning were slim as the mans health hadnt dropped much and he was also quite a few levels higher than her.
"Guess its time to cheat." She mumbled, grinning as she ran at the NPC, jumping up into the air. As she swung down, aiming at his sword arm, her sword began to burn brighter, hotter, more fiercely than before. Pulling it down she watched as the paladin moved to block the attack only for the heated sword cut through both his sword and his arm like butter, carving away half his health.
The NPC dropped to its knees, clutching at its missing arm which slowly disintegrated into pixels.
Reaching down, amber pulled off the metal helm that protected the paladins head. A generic face was revealed as she drew her sword back up and plunged the sword through the mans skull, effectively getting rid of all the NPCs health and watched as it vanished into Pixels.
Sheathing her sword, she made her way over towards her team mate, kneeling down beside him as she looked at the wound. Reaching into her pocket she passed Akira a vial of health potion before she pulled pulled out on of her first aid kits.
"You miss me? Now Drink that while i get this wound fixed up, the bandaged should increase you health regeneration but dont get into anymore fights." She said jokingly as she sent him a smile, beginning to wrap the wound with a bandage along with a few magical herbs that were used in health potion.
