"...alright, u-um...I guess, ah, I'll increase speed by 1 this time, and strength by 2..."

As soon as she had finished increasing her stats, Hisui closed the window and threw her hood back with her free hand, letting out a long sigh. At the top of the screen, it now read that she was Level 6--a nice amount of progress, probably, but...she probably had not made it anywhere significant compared to people with more gaming experience. Like Fuji.

Thinking about Fuji...would she have had an easier time than Hisui at all? Even if Fuji had been so enthusiastic about SAO, she had not been one of the...what was the term again? Beta Tester? Yes, that was it...anyway, Fuji would have had just as much experience as that newbie who put on the NerveGear in her place when it came to fighting in SAO, since she hadn't been in the beta test. But then again, Fuji was better at a lot of things than Terra was...memories of Phys Ed were enough to prove that. So maybe...

Hisui quickly shook her head and smacked her forehead. It wasn't good to think like that--she was only discouraging herself. "...maybe this is good for a few hours. I'll take a break," she muttered to herself, and sheathing the Anneal Blade, she started walking back towards Horunka.

Scanning the immediate area, she could see no other players. "Good. No one will hear me..." Clearing her throat, she began to sing in a quiet, lilting voice that rarely was heard from her mouth over all the stuttering noises she made from her timid nature.

I started to sing the notes from the voice buried under that tree...

For once, she was letting her soft voice travel as far as it could as she sang, not paying attention to anything else around her.
