Mutt laughed enthusiastically, “It’s ok you can say it, I know I’m a fanatic. I pretty much changed my name to mutant after all.” He had noticed that Jonathan was slightly uneasy around him and he wasn’t surprised, it was a common reaction from mutants. He’d always tried to stay at least a slight distance from being the sort of person to hide out peoples windows in the hope to catch a glimpse but that didn’t mean people didn’t think it of him anyway.

“I don’t hate your kind any more than you do.” He answered. “There are those that go the wrong way about it on both sides but I am certain we can ascertain peace. As one of your peers just said; it is not the first time that differences between people have caused riffs and those were both repaired through peaceful ways.” It was often an unexpected of Mutt’s psyche that he might be able to string a sentence together without screaming mutants every five seconds but it usually helped him get along with mutants if they saw he wasn’t entirely mental.

Mutt’s calmer composure was broken as the two explosions sounded outside, his arms flailing up above him and his scream almost carrying over the noise itself. Garnering a few questioning looks from the rooms other occupants before he managed to calm himself down to a normal demeanour and keep his heart from his throat.

Mutt returned the nod as Jonathan turned away, leaning up against the wall to continue listening in on the conversation as the debate continued before his name was called by Kent. “I would be more than happy.” He affirmed. “When would you like to do it?” He asked.
