Alex's hair stood at attention in all directions as he rolled over to look at his alarm clock. 'Still in time for a shower.' He thought to himself. His body and eyes began to glow blue as he lifted his arm and pushed down on top of the alarm clock. It succesfully clicked off. Alex smiled dumbly. He shook his hair about, then pulled himself off his bed and headed for the showers.

He rubbed at his hair with a towel. It was the only thing he couldn't get dry right away. He shook his head fiercely in order to toss his messy hair out of his face. He threw on the clothes he laid out the evening. On top of it all, he pulled on his favorite N7 hoodie. He gabbed his bag on his way out the door. He called a goodbye through his house, then made sure to close the door behind him.

Alex was as quiet as ever during his first few classes. He hardly ever talked to anyone anyway. This didn't stop him from having a smile all morning, and even more now at noon. He eagerly anticipated the end of the school day.
