The pair of LDA Agents at the security scanner were already on top of the fourth individual, both of them noting his unusual demeanor and the fact that he seemed to walk right through the security scanner.

The Agents spread out, while one of them raised his weapon. It didn't resemble the typical disruptor pistols that LDA Agents were known to carry, rather it was an elegant looking weapon, with an elongated coil slung under a laser lens. The first Agent raised his weapon and bore aim before shouting.

"Stop!"

What came to follow took merely split seconds as he fired the weapon. Nanoseconds went by and a laser fired from the pistol. It wasn't the laser that delivered the blow, however. As the laser fired, a 150,000 volt electrical current was fed through the first laser, while a second laser was aimed at the ground, completing a circuit with the strange man as part of the circuit.

The bolt of electricity would leap along the ionized air from the laser, which acted as a proverbial wire before striking the individual, should the bolt, along both lasers make contact. The man would find himself instantly paralyzed, with every muscle in his body locked up as electrical energy hijacked the signals in his nerves. This spastic paralysis would last for several seconds following the initial bolt of light, as electricity was constantly fed along the two laser beams.

This would likely incapacitate the man, as immediately following the sudden spastic paralysis, the muscles would be tired and unable to move, and flaccid paralysis would set in, and likely allow the other agent to swiftly intervene.

A third LDA Officer called out. "Everybody back!" While they moved in.
