As gunfire erupted across the streets of the Nashtons. Several blocks in the VLPD Kiosk phones to emergency lines rang as people called in the gun battle that was raging across the streets.

"All units, all units, this is Central, we have a 246 in progress, code one, Nashtons Neighborhood on wintergreen street, all units please identify and respond."

A police scanner anywhere nearby would be coming to life as the Dispatcher rattled off calls.

"Three Xray Twenty responding code one, requesting Crisis Response, Air Support, and Tactical. I'm en route, show Three Xray Fifteen and three Xray Nine en-route, additionally show 1244 and 1276 En Route to respond."

The young PK Officer was a fresh out of the Academy recruit from Tal'dor, with a shined badge and something to prove, he keyed the signal lights in his Patrol car, and started down to where the action was going on.

A mixture of European sirens and VLPD Sirens echoed about the neighborhood. Blue flashing lights along with red and blues flickered and scintillated across old masonry. Patrol cars were rushing at full throttle towards the shooting.

1.5 Miles south of the Nashtons

The heavy turbines of the Aschen made Picon Class Frigate began to spool up with an audible roar while her crew prepped her for launch. Rather than her Military counterparts, this civilian model was equipped with the latest in less than lethal technology, along with crew served plasma cannons in the event lethal force was needed. The Pirandello/Kruger SWAT Team was prepped aboard this 100 meter long craft. Roughly the length of a football field, her engines spun up and blue lights began to flash as the craft made it's way towards the Nashtons. The Captain, the crew, and everyone else were checking their weapons.

"Looks like we have a gang shooting in the Nashtons, check your weapons and get ready for some action!" A Sergeant called out, before he checked his plasma rifle, while the craft began to make it's way towards the scene.

As the fighting progressed, it would be a matter of minutes before it literally would begin to rain police on the group.

Standing in a large window overlooking the chaos from just beyond reinforced plascrete walls and other reinforced properties, three McGregors were watching the carnage unfold.

"This is insane." Marlene said as she wrapped her hands around an ice cold glass of Ambrosia, Chloe coming up behind her.

"I'll address it with the Mayor and the City Council tomorrow." Chloe said, handing Denzel a glass of Ambrosia.

"I've got a contract on the line with Tech Con, I don't think Pirandello/Kruger can handle this place." She admitted, pouring herself a glass of Ambrosia.

There was an audible crack, and a bullet careened into the hard light shield protecting the large window. It flickered with a white flash and then subsided.

"I need to get a lid on this somehow." Chloe said

"I'll see what support I can get from our grandfather, Chloe." Marlene added.
