Brandon looked at Gabriel as he came in and looked at him, tears flowing down his face. "Please! Make them turn off the lights! It hurts me!" he cried out, moving towards the bars, only to be held back by chains binding his wrists and ankles to the ground. "Just one light! One is enough! I need the shadows!" His dark red eyes were practically blazing with the glow from him desperately trying to pull the shadows to his body.

The officer looked at Brandon, then to Gabriel. "We'll pull up what we can on him." he said. After a few minutes, another officer came in with an envelope and handed it to the officer. "Let's see...Says here he was an orphan since before the great rift event. He's been brought in to many jails before, just muggings and stealing from stores. He insists he hates hurting people, but...there's at least five cases of a person almost dying because of what he did to them, and they all report him never moving from where he was when he attacks them." he explained, handing the file over to Gabriel. "There's more in there, but that's what's important." he said.

"One other thing, he seems to be the only person in the city with these super powers, so that's why I'm thinking he's one of the ones that SOLO might want." the officer added calmly, crossing his arms over his chest.
