"Most likely.", Owen stated, a deep frown on his face as he glanced over at Everett. If it had attacked Genesis and Olivia in the park, then it was pretty obvious that his nephew was the target. He sighed and rubbed at his temples, getting frustrated by this whole mess. The radio in the car lit up a few times as he cursed to himself and played static before ultimately going out. This was pretty bad. He glanced over at the driver's side and saw Everett watching him. He opened his mouth to speak, but a blur of colour in his peripheral vision killed the words on his tongue. "Everett! Stop!", he yelled, but it was too late. The car hit the person crossing the road with a sickening thud.

Olivia screamed in the back seat and covered his face. He was used to gore and nasty things, but seeing a living person get hit was an entirely different story. Owen cursed loudly and got out of the car quickly, the engine dying as he did. He went around to the front of the car quickly to see the damage and was a bit stunned to see the person, a mere boy... probably Genesis's age, pulling himself to his feet staggeringly. He hurried over to help him, steadying him carefully. "Shit... shit...", he grumbled. "Are you okay?"
