She watched as the shapeshifter descended harmlessly to take care of the hostages. She noticed that the boy walked a bit shaky from his landing. Perhaps she overestimated the his ability some. Maybe the rumors about him jumping and making craters was a bit exaggerated. She should extend an apology to him later, but luckily she did have enough confidence that he would survive. Even though his descent caused some noise, the bandits were picked off by the girl. Then when she was struck, and as Randi went to defend her, the bird came to the rescue. It would seem the leader has arrived with whatever men he had left. She drew her knives and prepared to enter the fight. The Mage and the Bird flew off to take care of the fodder, as Randi decided to assist them. Like many of the Elves, Randi had perfect vision being able to see better than most other people. Despite the smoke reducing some of that visibility she was still able to throw her knives and hit her targets.

Many were neck shots, but some were found in other places like the back, arms, and legs. Some dropped and others were injured, reducing the threat her team faced. Between the flying knives and the wind spells, the bandits had no opportunity to charge in for their hostages. They were cut off effectively and soon enough these hostages would be freed. The Leader would have posed a problem if not for the Gravedigger. She didn't worry much at this point, the Gravedigger is more skilled than one would believe. She could at least testify to that. She noticed the sudden blue walls and worried that the bandits were up to something. Except for the fact that the wall kept many of them from escaping. So it seemed that one of her comrades was responsible for this.

Taethion

Taethion watched as Iator entered the fight. His spells were already proving a nuisance to the bandits, as some where beguiled into attacking the air, while a large blue wall of energy appeared soon after. Between Bliston's bloodcurdling theatrics and slaughter, the Vasqueran's fire, and Iator's tricks, the bandits were fighting a losing battle. He noticed one came close to him but wound up slashing at the air. Taking this opportunity Taethion brought his blade down on the bandit as blood spurted about his neck and chest. After he fell, he saw a few more of the tricked bandits. Quickly he came in with his blade and ran through a couple more. He noticed some of the bandits were trying to flee but the wall kept them corralled with the Distraction Team. He could see battles taking place else where in the camp. He wasn't quite sure but it seemed the bandits were losing every which way they turned. Being defeated by either the Rescue Team or the Reserve Team. It would seem they would soon reach Bliston's quota, despite the hiccups in the plan.
