This voice belonged to the Queen of Serinkas, Serai Valen the Third. Just as the three entered the inn the discussion had already commenced. Cildur felt like he was on thin ice with her, and one step could make her mad.

"And furthermore Cildur, sit up straight. Your supposed to act the part of a displaced Ruler." The Queen then said before pausing as Thalia made her entrance. She locked eyes with her in an examining way and observed her, one hand the side of her jaw, her tied long and beautiful black hair cascading to one side.

In the meanwhile Locien and Marek just silently observed them as Locien put his amulet under his tunic. Locien felt slightly on edge at the silence of the Queen's observation. If she stared at him, what would she see, or think?
