Cosmic forces abound with torn portals and spatial ways distorted could only bring the ire of so many forces beyond normal mortal comprehension that the possibilities of it happening on any other day seemed almost scarce if not unheard of. The Dark Vortex that was opened brought the attention of a unearthly force as Zelsane and Shabot-Urn stood in the distance behind the young man and watched from their own perspective domains.

"Zelsane. Do you see the opportunity that has presented itself before us?" Shabot-Urn spoke up as he took his crystal throne and gazed at the portal and its contents spilling out. The Dread Lord glanced over at the Shadow Lord and smirked beneath his deathly features only to offer his hand for the cosmic being to make the first move. "It would seem that the everlasting flame we had been searching for all this time has presented itself in a nice neat package." The Shadow Lord began to extend his reach but Zelsane was the first to react as the Dread Lord took up his blade and exited his own realm and into the one of the living.

It was only when Zelsane stepped out from his swampy home that his vile gaze fell upon a man who stepped out from the portal and the young boy who was knocked over by the spirits who escaped. With every step towards the two the Dread Lord left in his wake a dark ooze that smelled of his swamp and death. Zelsane was the final aspect of the three Gods who took interest in the Multiverse and though each had their own agendas it was clear that Zelsane was one for taking what he thought was his.
