Going in, Liam knew the toll would be tough.

That said, as soon as he stood up, he thew up. And it wasn't just vomit, there was some blood in it. Liam felt a sneeze and wiped his nose, only that was blood too. He tried using healing magic on himself, but his magic insisted he was fine, 100 percent healthy. The toll must have affected his magic too.

He noticed some of the blood he coughed up floated upwards, towards a Spirit. Liam wondered if he should be concerned about that, but figured everything was probably fine. Or it was Zamikar. Either or.

Liam then noticed both Tayrn and the other two beings. Tayrn he knew instantly, probably because he was trying to revive her. The fact she was flesh and bone apparently surprised him, because he didn't think he would make that much progress. Clearly, he underestimated his own power.

Then he remembered the spirits rushing out. It wasnt just his own power, something else...some other spirit....had broken down the wall from the other side. Something gave him help. A lot of it.

As Liam stabilized himself, and stopped throwing up, he mentioned to Taryn "Maybe...did it work?"

Then he threw up again, and he saw the other two nearby.

Meanwhile, Salazar seemingly left, but that is because he decided to monitor from a distance. He didn't want to get annoyed just yet, and he figured he might be able to learn something.
