Blood Bath.

How original of a name.

In the shadows of those who danced, drank, and made merry was one particular female whose eyes scanned the crowd while she slinked from room to room with disinterest expressed. Different genres of music floated to her ears and pounded in her skull as she glided through the various ages of rooms but she didn't seem to find one to be pleased with. However, she eventually came to a stop as she reached the room paying homage to the seventies. Icy blue contacts that covered her glittering ruby irises mimicked the color her orbs once were but still shone with some form of enjoyment as plush lips coated in blue lipstick dotted with small black beads curved into a light smile. Her possible new, brooding employer didn't stay long and neither did she.

At least, she didn't intend to.

Her hand was grabbed by a suave and beautiful man as Oye Como Va started up from the speakers. Apparently the live music was taking a break. She didn't mind, smirking as she detached the train of her dress and followed him to the floor. There was a hunger in his red eyes that she recognized immediately as lust. She gave an inward scoff but was happy to give him at least a dance. He certainly knew his way around salsa. Their movements were graceful and precise, oozing hedonism as the crowd cheered. And she loved it. Most of her work was done in the shadows and she couldn't help but to enjoy the attention received from her more public displays of talent. She had always been that way, a patron of the arts seeking to entertain the unwashed masses.

As soon as the song ended she spun out of his hold and rehitched her train with a flourish, flitting away from the pining dancer to escape the sweet nothings he had streamed into her ear. She was used to such advances -- She had to admit that she was a bombshell and the total package. Plus crazy! With her platinum locks, she had especially been a prize in her own time among the men she encountered. She had not been so perceptive of their desires until she had been Made, capitalizing on them nearly every moment since. Considering a vampire's frozen state of being, she was quite glad that she had taken care of her body even if she never meant to. Her muscle tone wasn't quite as defined as other female vampires whom she had met -- Amazons and Gladiatrices were built like modern body builders. She thought it was gross and cherished her feminine curves.

She had attention now, a new face among many familiars. Her head was held high as she gave a coy smile on her way to the bar, sliding onto a stool and adjusting her choker. The scarred and tattooed viking glanced at her silver ring, pursing her lips. Before she could order, the vampire from the dance floor was beside her, leaning against the bar and facing her with a smile. β€œNever seen you around here before.” Classic icebreaker. The blonde didn't reply, instead she inspected her polished blue and black nails as though they were the most fascinating things in the room. When she sensed that he wasn't going away, she turned her head and observed him. Delighted with the attention, he slid out a pair of fangs and smirked. β€œLet me be up front; I'm hot. You're so foine that it's crazy. You're a vamp, I'm a vamp. Let's get outta here. Let's fuck.”

Wow. He certainly was bold. And arrogant. She didn't like him. A polite, amused smile graced her features as she threw her head back in a laugh. As her head came back down, she put her face close to his and her own fangs slid out, his face falling. Hers were much longer and much sharper than his. β€œPut the baby fangs away, boy.” At her display of age, dominance, and disinterest, he quickly flitted away. Still smiling politely, she glanced down the bar to observe the others. There were quite a few, including a mouthy blood slave and a bartender who was also a liaison specialist. She hadn't cared to pick up their names, having still not decided whether or not she'd take the job. She knew how to find her own clean blood but the idea of some form of companionship was a bit enticing. Interaction would seal her decision later. β€œFour Horsemen with O neg would be nice,” she called out innocently in a thick Russian accent with arched brows as she put her fangs away.
