Aphrodite sighed as she looked around curiously. You would think after almost a year of being a vampire and living with the rest of the coven, she would finally have figured out where things were. She got lost all too easily. She found herself down hallways she didn't recognize and began to wonder if even familiar places were starting to feel foreign. It was quite annoying.
Now usually she would just follow her normal trail of books back to her room, but now that she was living with other people, she thought it best to clean up after her literature, lest anyone trip over Cue for Treason or Romeo and Juliet. These were new fascinations of hers... Books she heard Caius mention once that she had become curious about upon hearing. Speaking of Caius... Where was he? She knew he had recently had a show and was probably off to feed...
The brunette huffed and continued her search for her room, Caius, or anything familiar in particular... Because she was starting to get hungry... And a bit on edge. Since she was new, she also couldn't go feed on her own. She always needed assistance pulling away. Aphrodite had yet to find her constraint and it bothered her. Caius told her it would come in time, so she assumed he was right. He was much older than her anyways.
"Anyone?" She called irritably, as she could feel her eyes growing red and agitated, her fangs elongating in thirst. She hated the feeling of hunger. It wasn't like when she had been a human. When you were a vampire you needed to drink when you were hungry, especially when you were a weaker Fledgling like she was.
Aphrodite tried another hallway and another until she heard the faint sounds of the lute. She knew it was Caius, and was heading in his direction before she could even think about it. The music stopped soon after, but at least it was a lead to which direction she was supposed to be heading. Actually... Things were finally starting to look familiar again.
