Jackson nodded slightly but didn't speak any further, instead he turned towards the door and made his way outside, not stopping to look back even once. He didn't even stop to look at Genesis or Olivia, who obviously seemed happy to see him. He just pushed past them towards Everett's car, getting inside and sitting quietly in the passenger seat.
Olivia followed Jackson with his eyes before frowning over at Genesis. They both knew what was wrong with the boy and knew that nothing they said would be able to help. Only time would ease the pain.
Owen sighed and watched Jackson leave the house before turning to look back at Everett. "...I think the three of you should stay at my house.", he said out of the blue. "...I.. I don't know what else might come after us, and it would be easier to keep an eye on Jackson that way." The djinn didn't say that he was also worried about Everett's own safety should the demon reappear, but the look he gave the hunter told enough.
