Genesis frowned as he sat in the front seat of the car. "I chose to share a room with Jackson." He stated suddenly, glancing at Olivia for a mere moment before back at his uncle. "It might be safer that way or something. Besides, I think Jackson and I have a lot in common.. all considering." He said, murmuring the last part. Not only that, he really didn't want to stay in the same room as Olivia considering how clingy the boy was. He just couldn't take a hint, could he.
Everett glanced over at Jackson. "Think of this as me adopting you because you were orphaned by a mass murderer." He stated bluntly. "You will no longer have to attend school, but you will continue to have lessons, albeit more unconventional ones." He needed to make sure this teen knew what kind of world he was just brought into, like Genesis, Jackson had much to learn.
