After a great deal of pondering The Grand Blaster thumped his fist in the pal of his hand and finally exclaimed as he made his decision; "I'll kidnap police officers and leave them on roof tops! That way, more time for even more capers! Ah brilliant! Not to mention it would make me seem more cool with my fellow hip and awesome villains! Do we call ourselves villains? Ah, never-mind, time to cause some tomfoolery!"

And with his self rant in the sky, which had certainly gathered quite a bit of attention now, thanks to having floated in mid air motionless for a while, he soared through the skies once again peering down in hopes of spotting a police officer, which lasted quite a bit until success, to which he immediately swooped down and snatched the poor rookie before being dumped atop a nearby rooftop, the police officer dazed and confused, with The Grand Blaster kept giggling to himself uncontrollably, needing a few moments to catch his breath as the rookie began radioing in. He fled the scene quickly, still with a fit of laughter as began bringing his half baked plan into action, wondering how many cops he would leave stranded before boredom would set in.
