Ember Wolfe
Ember blinked slowly, not feeling like spouting lies or questions at the people around her. She was just, suddenly, very tired. It felt as if her body was no longer flesh and bones but a heavy stone filled with nothing but sand. It made her feel heavy and... just so exhausted. Not caring if Ace was threatening to kill her, or if Owsla would carry his plan out for him, she spoke, "I'm gonna go..." She paused to think before adding, "check the forests for punching bags." It was a lie, but at least a lie that could possibly happen.
Ember walked out of the room, not caring when the... 'Fluffin' stopped torturing Ace to snatch the chocolate piece and stand in front of Ember who just walked over it and continued her exit. The Fluffin's ears went down and made a sighing sound that could be described as a sad moan. "Shhhu...."
Shrade
Shrade looked at Ace, "Salutations?" He ran his fingers across his lip as if wiping off invisible crumbs. "My name is Shrade, and you'll find that I'm not messy and... geez, you must be like those bad roommates aren't you?" He cocked his head and smiled like a simpleton just as the Fluffin bounced over and onto his knee. It made a questioning shhhuuu sound.
Shrade continued smiling as he ran a finger over it ears gently. "It's alright, she's probably going to kill a family or something, nothing to worry about." He appeared to be talking to the Fluffin and not any of the other people in the room. The Fluffin perked it's ears at this and all it's worry seemed to dissipate as if it had understood what Shrade had said.
