Kisa yawned, blinked her eyes in a sleepy manner and began to stretch... and tearing the floor up with her claws while doing so. She didn't seem to care that she was ruining the floor or messing up her sleeping place. Completely ignoring the messed floor, she shifted into her human form where she quickly dressed into a tux or school uniform of some sort built for men.
She walked out into the hallway and over to where her fellow mutants were gathered. "What's the fuss about?" She answered her own question by simply glancing down at the sick mutant on the couch. Aramay. A rumbling growl began from her chest as she thought of what a nuisance the sickly mutant was being. Can't they see what should be done? Kisa walked over to the kitchen area and began searching for some tasty morsels. We should kill her and eat her. That way she won't hold us back when the next attack comes.
Kisa wasn't an idiot, and knew that the Lab would send its most loyal disciples after them and that it was in a fact a when they attack, not an if they attack. Good thing that stupid striped cat is actually good at something She thought of how the tigress appeared to be looking out for them as she constantly patrolled the area. Kisa shrugged, as if physically shrugging of the thoughts of attacks and striped tigers and opened a can of noodle soup with her bare hands and chugged it down without it heating up.
Kyra, currently sitting on a tree branch outside, was ignoring the grumbling coming from her stomach. Uh, she placed a hand on her stomach, so hungry... She looked down at the forest floor and then over to the house where her group of escapees were currently lodging thinking of how easily it would be to sneak off and take some poor creature for sustenance.
A sudden instinctive urge to protect what belonged to her pushed her need for food out of her mind. No, I can't leave them. Kyra dropped out of the tree and landed softly taking the 30 foot drop like nothing. She made her way into the house and found mostly everyone in the living room. She didn't take a seat but instead sat on of the arms of the couch, the farthest from the others. She was only able to sit still for a about thirty seconds before she felt the need to move come upon her, causing her to walk back outside and propel herself onto the roof.
The feeling of being in a high place gave her a sense of calm allowing her to be still for the moment. She sat, and from what appears to be meditation from a distance, began listening to the world around her.
Kyra could hear the chatter of the mutants inside the house as if she were right back with them. Noisy two-leggeds. She suddenly missed her cell back at the Lab, the metal walls protecting her from the full onslaught of noises in the world. Her ears twitched at the sound of a bird flying overhead.
