Over the loud speaker, "ATTENTION ON DECK!!" Every crewmen, guard, and pilot snapped to attention. A Turian walks out from the starboard door on stage and approached the podium. "Have a seat. I will try and make this quick. For those of you who don't know I'm Captain Theryrus Siethis. 5 years ago the government ramped up rebuilding and outfitting its Navy. A few months back they started recruiting people to try and recolonize the local cluster. Last month we were given our orders, 'Escort civilions to as many habitable planets as possible. If any locals, try and bring them into the fold. Any resistance, from the locals or our civilians, we were to neutralize them through what ever means necessary.' In other words we were to come as conquerors and occupy worlds after we fought to free them. So the captains and our command staff decided enough was enough, and made a break for the relay. For now, till a long term government is put in place the captains shall lead the fleet. Now I would ask that if you do not want to join a ships crew, remain in the civilian parts of your ship or move to one of the quarian ships. Any questains please feel free to as any of our guards, your department head, or the ships AI. Here on the Bailey, the AI you need to know is Enola. With me are Fighter Commander Dakira Gar'nakk, chief medical officer doctor Valova, chief engineer Chief Neeha'Shiro vas Armando Bailey nar Rayya, and Geth-Unit-216s aka Enigma." As he said their names they stood up and waved then sat back down. "As far as the heightened security, we will remain at this level for the next few days till we straighten a few things out. Ok, if you want to join the crew please meet with one of my officers. Crew feel free to talk freely with your officers well their here, just be nice and once they leave this room they are back on duty. ATTENTION!! DISMISSED!!" The captain left back through the starboard side door. Once he was gone the other officers spread out, Neeha walks down near the holo projector with Enigma, Dakira stayed at his seat and Valova walked to the podium.
