Shepard united the galaxy and took control of the Reapers, saving the galaxy one last time. He united the Quarians and the Geth, cured the Genophage, and saved Wrex and Eve.

Now 15 years later a new government has risen from the ashes of Earth. For the first few years all seemed well. The government, ran by a small council of Humans, Turians , Krogan, were rebuilding homes, getting utilities running, even had the Reapers fixing the relays and the Citadel. They seemed to be getting everything back to some what normal. But in reality the government, with the backing of the military, dominating its people. Were once these leaders looked to save their world now all they want is to rule and shape the world in their image. To some enough was enough, a group of captains and their command staff decided to do something about it. So when a fleet was put together to colonize planets in the local cluster, the captains decided to run. Knowing the new defense fleet was stationed in orbit around Earth, the fleet head of toward the edge of the system then turned quickly and made a run for the relay. This new fleet is lead by the Human Everest class Dreadnought NES (New Earth Ship) Armando Bailey with a crew of 125, 25 fighters, 25 interceptors.
