Humans are not fast. Not by pokemon standards at least. This was but one of the many inane thoughts that passed through Bic's mind as he registered the swift(for a human) movement of Verse's trainer. His mind narrowing into the deadly focus it always did when a threat was registered where he was not expecting it, everything and everyone around him becoming categorized in two simple categories.

Threat/Not a threat.

He hadn't been expecting the fist, but that didn't change the fact stated above humans are inherently slower than pokemon. As it moved towards his snout, it was like time slowed to a crawl for bic, and he turned away from the punch. Easily dodging the young girls swing, his tail whipping out and completely sweeping her off her feet, nearly slamming her to the ground with the force, luckily for her it hadn't passed into his head to use the iron variant of that attack.

As she hits the ground Bic drops into a low stance that Verse should be all too familiar with one that alll but always heralded violence on Bic's part, feet set, tail whipping behind him raising the temperature to unbearable levels, eyes wild and feral, and his inhuman roar promising blood shed sending ash, and cinders across her prone form, he readies himself to pounce on the one who had attacked him.
