Sandra smiled happily, and laid her head on his shoulder. "I didn't like those mini skirts... but if it gets me you, then I can bear the trouble." Her lips pursed, and she sighed as they kept walking, just strolling as lovers with nothing else on their minds but one another.
"Mason.." She started, lifting her head off of his shoulder, and slowing their pace, to where she looked at a little family-owned consignment shop nearby. "Can we go in there? Just for a minute, I promise." Sandra giggled like a school girl, and felt herself nervous for his answer, even though she knew it'd be a yes.
Once they walked in the shop, the door rang a little bell, and an elderly man came out from the back. "My, what a lovely couple! Is this your honeymoon?" He chuckled to himself, and Sandra blushed. "Oh no sir. We're just a couple." She smiled, and disappeared to a book rack, her view of the door blocked by an armoire.
