Keikei chuckled a bit at Maxwell's statement and smirked, feeling his hands upon her bare stomach underneath the shirt. "Good morning," she stated as she began flipping the bacon over in the pan. Alani just sighed after hearing Addison's question and grabbed her purse, "I don't know Addison. But grab your bookbag, I'm taking you to school and you'll have to have breakfast at the school," she stated before standing by the front door, waiting on Addison to grab her things. As she stood there, Logan came inside and looked at her for a couple seconds before heading upstairs without another word.
Alani really felt bad about the way she reacted towards Logan, but there was nothing she could do. If Logan was stupid enough to think that she was just going to sit back and allow him to take this job while she was married to him with a six year old in the house, there had to be something wrong with him. Clearly he wasn't thinking things through. Alani wasn't going to let the government take Addison away from her because of her husband's stupidity...no matter how much she loved him.
