Verena thought that she was going to be able to see the tattoo being put on his body. But apparently that wasn't the case. Her boyfriend kissed her lips and promised to behave. The demon rolled her eyes and glanced over to the artist. "Sure you will." The dark haired gal teased back. She knew better than to think Jakub's flirting was anything more than innocent. In fact, the artist might die today if he isn't too careful. The two went off to some room and Verena sat down on the couch. Bored. Waiting around doing nothing was the absolute worse. Miss Timbers wasn't someone who was exactly patient. She always had everything now or close now. But this was agony even though she knew it would't take long. At least not with Jakub in the chair. Her thoughts went to the man she ran into on the street. And just as she thought of it, the owner turned on the small tv. It was on the news. Apparently a mad man had thrown himself off a building. It took everything Verena had not to laugh when she recognized who it was. She took a deep breath and continued waiting.
After what seemed like forever the two emerged from the room. Verena eyes immediately found the new tattoo and she let a smile form on her face. It already looked like it belonged. It was amazing. "It looks great." And it was already healing. It was time to go. The demon pulled out some cash from her pocket. It was more than enough to cover whatever it was going to cost for the tattoo. Money meant nothing to her. It wasn't hard to get more. She handed it to the owner. "Is that enough?" She asked. The owner quickly handed back one hundred dollars of the one hundred and fifty she had given him. Taking one of the fifties, she handed it to the artist as a tip. "Because you did such a good job. And because my boyfriend finds you cute." The girl smirked and took hold of Jakub's hand, heading out of the shop.
