Jakub winked at the cute boy, who stared back in both amazement and confusion, as he followed Verena out of the parlor. The sun was now starting to set over the streets of New York. The tattoo had taken longer than he thought. The city was starting to buzz with all sorts of sounds like it always did. Faint police sirens whistled in the background, echoing through the narrow alleyways. The couple made their way down the sidewall, heading back to Jakub's apartment, but something wasn't right. Or rather, there was something present that shouldn't be. More specifically speaking, someone. Jakub could clearly feel the nagging sense of someone watching them. The feeling was becoming stronger by the minute until it became all too familiar. It wasn't just anyone, it was the worst kind of person they could have the mispleassure of running into; a hunter. Jakub knew Verena could sense it as well. If there was anything the two of them could sense from miles away, it was a hunter. Jakub stopped dead in his tracked and looked over his shoulder at a dark, seemingly empty alleyway. "If you're attempting to be sneaky you're doing an awful job little hunter". There was a short silence and then a very buff, very serious looking man stepped out from the shadows, gun pointed straight at Jakub and Verena. It looked like he'd be getting yet another tattoo tonight. Jake smirked, already contemplating design ideas. "Hi there".
