Just after the drunkard dashed off, a man who practically radiated power, approached her. "My apologies for keeping you waiting," He spoke, and the Seelie Queen turned, her dark brow arched. Her eyes rose to his face, and she was taken slightly aback. She didn't expect him to be so...handsome. The Fae were used to being the most beautiful creatures, and everyone else was much lesser, even her intended wasn't hard to look at, he was just hard to stand.
However this man, vampire, was oddly handsome, as if he had Fae in his blood. She shook that thought, knowing that she was being vain.
"You must be Erieda,"He said and she nodded as he rose his hand to hers. She looked at it oddly before realizing that he wanted it, so she placed her hand in his. . "I am."
"I am Bertoldo Ettore, as I'm sure you have already gathered." He said and she nodded. "I have." She said, as his hand rose hers to his lips and pressed it to her knuckles. She couldn't help but smile, as his kiss lingered a bit longer then she anticipated. She wasn't opposed to it though. She knew her allure was up, and surely he was feeling it's affects. Not only that, he had an allure all his own. She knew very little of vampires, she knew of Baobhan Sith which were like vampires, so perhaps they had a similar allure?
He let her hand go, and she felt a bit colder for it. She liked the way his lips felt against her skin. She might have been Queen but she was still Fae, she still had her wants and needs.
He gestured toward the darker alley, and while any mortal woman would have been wary, Erieda was not. In fact, her skin gave a slight glow, so nothing was every really dark.
"I've arranged for a carriage to take us to my home. I feel we'd be safer to discuss our plans there than anywhere else in this damned place," He said and and she smiled, chuckling slightly.
"It's just around the corner from here, My Lady." he told her and she nodded, as he gestured for her to walk ahead of him and she did with a nod and smile.
They arrived at a carriage, the door opened for them and a mortal man poked his head out and offered her his hand, to assist her. In this dress, she needed all the help she could get, movement was restricted, and she was a Dryad, she was as agile and quick, used to jump from tree to tree in her younger days...and a few times now when she was alone. Getting in a carriage was no more then stepping up a stair, but this dress made things more difficult.
She sat with both men opposite her. She looked at the two of them, Bertoldo seemed rather calmed, while the mortal man, seemed entirely uncomfortable, by the way he pulled at his collar and she smiled. Her allure was effecting him as well, more than it would the Vampire beside him.
"If you don't mind my inquiring, Your Grace, is there a reason you chose to travel alone to this place?"The mortal man spoke, trying to calm himself.
"My people are xenophobic," She said simply. "They would have preferred not to involved anyone else in our affairs, and because I understand this, I did not force anyone to accompany me." She said, a half truth but true nonetheless. "Aside from the fact they this entire city seemed to be build with the one thing that can harm us the most." She said, but wouldn't say what it was. It was only the two but that was too many to know a weakness. "Are you his personal valet, Mr....?"
