He managed to get a grip for a moment and the next thing he knew his ogre of a brother was pushing through the crowd to heroically stop the fight. Elliot knew after he'd sent the text, Jacob wouldn't be too far behind. In any case, Elliot thought they worked better without a plan. Although, Jacob's lack of tact didn't help very much.
Elliot watched him pull the girls off each other, and a flash of light nearly blinded him from above. Elliot searched the sky for the UFO that would surely abduct them all, but there was no spaceship above the party. He caught sight of the girl with the camera atop the roof. Elliot watched in amusement as one of the girls from the fight saw Camera Girl. Unfortunately, his view was blocked behind the hoards of people. "Are ye kidding me?" He found himself saying. The girl from the fight that had been photographed was now aggressively pursuing the photographer. Camera Girl was able to fool her easily enough. The crazy one ran inside while Camera Girl hopped off the awning.
Jacob seemed specifically concerned with the same girl that sparked Elliot's interested earlier. So she was one of them. Camera Girl safely made it away from the house, grabbing who must have been Kate on her way! Elliot started towards them again, but a football player elbowed him in the rib cage, just about knocking him over.
Briefly, Elliot could feel his vision go blurry, preventing him from shouting profanities at the jock. Had he been drugged? He tried to remember if he had set his drink down.
Elli had probably been drugged at least once. One time, he'd gotten himself into the back entrance of a club around the age of fifteen. The club had an atmosphere very much like the party he was currently at. In retrospect, Elliot must have looked incredibly young at a club like that. Someone bought him a drink and he blacked out. The next morning, Elli woke up unharmed and home. Jacob, no doubt, had gotten him out of the situation. Strangely enough, it was one of the best night's sleep Elli had ever had. The dizzy feeling wasn't quite the same, so he accessed he hadn't been drugged.
Elliot regained his composure, but it was only a matter of time someone spilled yet another beverage on him. Not only was his sweatshirt ruined, but at this point, so was his night. His patience was beginning to run out."Who the fuck d'you think y' are?" Elliot began shouting, examining his damp and sticky sweatshirt. He began removing it only to see the cause of the spill was Kate herself!
"Too bad so sad. Might want to get that cleaned up." The sister showed little remorse, pushing past the skinny boy. Looking to Camera Girl, Kate said, "C'mon, let's go Alice."
Elliot gaped at the sight of both girls right in front of him. The sisters were clearly booking it, and the crazy girl from the fight wouldn't be long now. Just about a million ideas of how to stop the sisters went through Elli's curly haired head, before his frustration got the best of him. He caught Kate by the arm. "Hey!" Elliot growled. "My clothes are just about ruined for the evening, my brother thinks he's a goddamn ninja spy, and we only need five minutes to speak with both of you."
From behind the girls, the sound of laughter captured Elliot's attention. Crazy had found herself outside, and was now wildly searching for Kate and Camera Girl. Elliot cringed. "But perhaps now isn't a good time."
