Mostly, it was curiosity that led her to stand nearby the Poseidon cabin, watching the array of faces arrive in dizzying order. There was a girl riding on someone's back, she recognized them as having been there long before her. A couple of faces she had yet to see, and Chiron who was probably being annoyed by the sudden bombardment. Instead of joining the fray she circled around to where the new faces were standing, just in time to hear one of them speak.
"Do they not realize this dude has a horses ass?" Maya almost smiled at that, she could relate to his confusion in a way if only it weren't phrased so poorly. "Par for the course here," She explained quietly to Ezra, though she was content to watch the proceedings as they were. She found it mildly entertaining how quickly things got messy here. "He's a Centaur." Of course, quickly after that, two more campers arrived. Another new, and another that had been there previously. Maya thought this a bit ridiculous now, how so many people had so suddenly grouped around one another. Perhaps this was something normal to other people, but it left her distinctly claustrophobic. Enough so that she distanced herself after her last comment, though stayed within earshot. Curiosity outweighing her need to close off.

"If my team wins... I want you to go to Mr. D's cabin, at a time of my choosing of course, completely naked... Asking for his help because you think you've gotten poison ivy on your mini Cas." Reagan knew how to hit hard, but he grinned and nodded at that idea. "If I didn't know better I'd think you're trying to get me killed." He teased but accepted the bet for what it was. Normal people would have probably put forth money, but not them. No, they had much better ideas when it came to these things.
"And if mine does...well, let's just say you'll owe me later." He could have easily pranked her, or make her do something twice as humiliating. But where was the fun in that when he could keep it a mystery to cash in on later. With Reagan on his back, he trudged forward. Despite his protesting muscles, she wasn't heavy and she held herself up fine enough to keep his balance. He shifted just a bit to make sure she didn't fall - she would probably end up dragging him down too if she did - then they left the cabin. To be faced soon after with Chiron. Oh Joy.
"Ms. Davenport... And Mr. Daly." The centaur crossed his arms over his chest, Cas got the feeling, that he was about to be reprimanded...again. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you not a Hermes child?" Oh boy here we go. "Because last I checked, Hermes' children live in the Hermes cabin. But this is Poseidon's cabin." He was going to explain, in his own churlish way but Reagan was quick to speak first.
"Chiron... We're just friends, nothing like that." He almost choked face reddening at the meaning of those words. Seriously, she could have said anything else but she decided to go with that. "And what pray tell is that?" Cas could have sunk into the ground and died just then. Maybe he still could.
"Can we not?" He mumbled around his embarrassment. If this were anyone but Chiron he would have managed to find something sassy to say but as it was he only felt mildly affronted by the assumptions being made here. "Besides, Poseidon hasn't drowned me yet so obviously I'm not intruding." Cas strained out, almost joking. Mostly...joking. Thankfully, to take away Chirons attention two people he had never seen before arrived. Cas tried not to stare but really, they were an odd pair.
With the attention becoming quickly divided he turned his head up to look at Reagan and raised an eyebrow. "Is there something I should know, are you actually trying to kill me? It really seems like you are." Cas was drawn back into the conversation when Adrian arrived and began speaking, he shrugged at the question and motioned wildly around him. "Not a whole lot, really."
