As much as Eliana had enjoyed the sunset, it was now around the time that the early wake up was starting to get to her. The warmth of the morning sun settled against her skin, making her feel a dull kind of exhaustion. As if she hadn't slept in days and she was struggling to keep her eyes open. It was hard focusing on what was going on in front of her, but going to sleep now wasn't an option. Eliana only had a bit more time with Tim left and she wasn't going to waste it sleeping. She focused her eyes on the breakfast cooking in front of them and tried to suppress a yawn, but with little success. Giving Tim an apologetic look she quickly signed. Not used to getting up so early, sorry she said, a light smile on her face as she taste tested the food in the pan. Tim had done most of the work since they arrived, so volunteering to cook them both breakfast was the least she could have done.
The brightness of the morning sun had began to slip through Jake's bedroom curtain, a little strip of light landing right on his face. The demon attempted to wiggle away from it and closer to the source of warmth that was coming from the other side of the bed. In a haze, he struggled to remember who had been in his bed last night. It had been a while since he had slept with anyone into the next morning. It wasn't until he opened one eye, his vision still blury, that everything came rushing back to him. Eli was still sound asleep from what the demon could see, his head resting comfortably on Jake's chest. The demon couldn't help but let out a microscopic smile before deciding to try and go back to sleep. Unfortunately it was proving to be dificult. Going to bed early was not something Jake was accustomed to doing, so when he did he tended to wake up much earlier than usual. He let out a soft sigh and pulled the covers up slightly, not wanting to get up on the chance that he may wake up the sleeping hunter.
