The Group B dorm, was naturally, filled with boys. Prisca felt that letting Miiko be here was akin to letting a lamb amongst a horde of wolves, what if they were overcome by their emotions, by their lust, and they did the unspeakable horrible thing? Could they rely on Lise to help them, would the Conductors prevent that from happening? Emma had been nervous in the car, and no matter how Irina and Sam tried to comfort her, she had a feeling it was going to have to be something the shy little sister had to work through herself. "It'll be okay." The boys seemed naturally rowdy, ready for the training to begin, soon they would be headed to the homeroom to get started on everything, and Prisca didn't have the faintest clue on what that entailed.
The three girls were put in the corner together, with Irina Reisser and Emma White being bunkmates. Lise didn't have a bunkmate, it was juts an empty lower bed, since she was sitting neatly on the top like a queen would. Unlike her bright and excited disposition earlier, Lise looked dark, bitter about something, and helpless as well. Politics, the people with power controlling those who had none, typical human sin was at play here. "I'll be honored to graduate with you." Irina said to Lise, who nodded, politely averting her eyes from Emma's body as she finally finished changing. And that was when someone decided to make a sport of picking on the weak and small-looking girl. Oh, were they going to regret this. Both Rose and Irina were protective surrogate big sisters to Emma and Miiko, they weren't just going to let this slide. She grinned and patted Miiko's head, eyes glittering.
"Don't you remember L's speech last year, about promoting equality and fair competition for the military to ensure only the best get in?" Irina was very glad to have memorized that speech herself, finding that it might just be important to keep note of. It was helpful, but not in the way she expected. "If you think L would allow something like favoritism change his core tenet, I suppose you don't really care about our President at all, do you?" The man grit his teeth, choking on his words, suddenly at a loss. Irina smiled smugly at him, knowing there was no way he could answer without making more of a fool of himself. "We survived a terrorist bombing, watched our loves ones die, so if you think simple words are enough to make us falter, well..."
A nasty grin spiked at the corners of her lips and she thrust her finger at the offender who had tried and failed to bully Emma. "You're nothing but small fry, we've survived worse." Lise clapped her hands, mildly impressed. "Looks like you two will just be fine." She happily took Emma's hand and lead them through the halls on their way. "If you ever need anything, Sam's like a brother to me, so you two are my sisters! I'll do anything, because we're family now." The little blonde nodded with self satisfaction and Irina wondered yet again - was this girl really the same one that cut down anyone in the way of L's ambition?
