Derowynn woke to someone running past her tent and the sound of a voice saying, "No, no, no, no." Opening her eyes, the tent was flooded with the light of the rising sun. She sat up on the bed, her hand landing on the pillow were a wet spot was located. She quickly picked up her hand and looked at, then grinning she took the back of her hand and wiped the side of her mouth to find a trickle of drool still there.
Elizabeth and Marribeth entered the tent at that moment, both giving a curtsey to Dero and it was Elizabeth who spoke first, "Mi lady, how are you on this fine morning? The king awaits you at the banquet tent where breakfast is about to be presented. We are here to tidy you up and dress you.
Derowynn nodded and swung her feet from the bed and stood up. Marribeth quickly came to her and undid the ties that held nightgown in place. The gown slid down her torso and ended in a heap around her feet. Derowynn blushed bright red as she stood naked in front of the two women who seemed to not mind at all. Elizabeth came with a sponge full of warm scented water and wiped down the entire body of Dero. Marribeth came up next and dried her body off with a towel of the softest material she had ever felt.
After giving Derowynn a few mists of a perfume, they gave her a fresh pair of bloomers and fitted her with a corset again. A light gown was put on her that was cut low in the front revealing her cleavage, which once again made her blush. Sitting her down, Elizabeth started to work on Derowynn's hair as Marribeth put shoes on her feet. The whole process took all of fifteen minutes. There was no doubt in Dero's mind that these sisters were very good at what they did.
As if on cue, Dakari poked his head into the tent and asked if "Lady Derowynn ready to be escorted to the banquet tent. She looked at the sisters for their approval. They both nodded and Derowynn walked towards the prince who held a crooked arm out to her for her to take hold of. This she did and the two made their way to the tent.
When they entered the tent, Derowynn saw Vadik already seated and eating and speaking with Caspian. Dakair took her to a seat at the left side of Caspian and helped her take her seat. Caspian turned to Derowynn and smiled, "And a very good morning to you, Lady Derowynn. I do hope that you found the rest last night to be refreshing."
Derowynn nodded her head and said, "I did indeed, Caspian. You certainly do treat your guests well here." Caspian frowned a bit at this statement and slapped his hand on the arm of his chair, "Ahh, yes, well, I much rather be hosting you and Vadik as guests in my castle and not some army tent. But, that day will come, I know it will. Vadik and you will see to that as you both lead us to victory over Aborjan." Dero just nodded a little, her eyes meeting with those of Vadik. Her gave a sense of uncertainty. She was not certain what his eyes were saying.
