"Yes I am. I'm sorry, but I don't recall hearing your name."

Akhira made a sound of surprise, and a perplexed look appeared on her face.
My name? Oh, that's right... And yet, she saw the weird look on Nadiya's face. The insect was smiling. And her sight of the human woman brightened for some reason. It's not like her view of the human changed, but, perhaps, this was the 'caring' part of the girl showing itself. Just as Kenner had said. This caring part of her is at least real.

But does she really deserve to know my name?

"Oh, it's perfectly alright. I'm sorry if I had offended or upset you earlier. I was worried that you may have been hurt, especially with how those brutes treated you. Putting you into a cage of all things!"

The perplexed look on Akhira's face only grew, making her truly doubt this Human's ability to have survived to her current age. A soft human. The next words out her mouth were were monotonous, "They did it to protect themselves. From me. They were smart to do so. But if such actions disgust you and are appalling... How have your survived? For that is the way of this world." Akhira looked to the side, her fangs showing as her inner fire rose in temperature. "This world is cruel, unforgiving and it stamps out all innocence. It takes everything that gives you happiness. To eat or be eaten."

She was not angry, but her words were filled with a strange... form of misery? No, whatever it was, Akhira herself did not know what it was, or even bothered to think about it. It was too human like to be pondering her existence. At least, right now it was.

She licked her fangs... and remembered why she had come here. Yes, she was... not lost. But certainly not in the right place either. "You can call me Frigga today." She smiled, and hid the sharpness of her happiness at creating a game to place with this human. Not that she'd tell Nadiya she was being made to partaken of her game or anything like that. No, she'd see how long it would take.

But speaking of name games and the like, did Kenner know her name? No, not likely, nor does that poor excuse of a dragon, Faust. At least my name still belongs to me, and only me. She let out a sigh of relief, and twisted her form around so that she twirled about for a moment. Then, she stopped and looked up at Nadiya, "Well, bye." She took off walking in a different direction then she had entered from in. She wanted to explore this place more, since it was after all to be her prison... and maybe her tomb.

Time passed for her as she walked down the hallways, darting about to hide when a maid or guard appeared to walk by. She wasn't exactly sneaking about or causing trouble... just trying to find a way back to her room without encountering those metal doors. Yes, that's right. She's not taking advantage of the situation to explore places Kenner doesn't want her to see.

Eventually, she found some stairs and she, of course, began to walk up them. She saw no windows really, or anything of the type to suggest she was nearing the outer edges of the castle. If anything, traipsing about the castle began to confuse her and after some time, realized she really was lost. She had gone up some stairs and started walking around the next level where the stairs ended but then she took a few turns and there were some stairs, which she took but then it took her to different level. To her it seemed like it was going up but then suddenly she found herself in a corridor that only held storage rooms??? So she went back down and continued in a different directions, found more stairs and took them to a different portion of the castle, or so it seemed.

And finally, she found something truly amazing. She found a place of books, a library. She didn't really care to really look or take in the details, just inhaling the smells of paper, ink and leather covers. Yes, a place such as this was familiar. Especially since her mentor, BlackFire had loved such places, often inhabiting one for days. She moved about like a sloth, she was tired, and hungry, but sleep took precedence. So, with drooping eyes, she found a dark corner of the library and began to unceremoniously dump books from the nearest shelves to sleep on... in... and under.... Somehow, she had unknowingly created a nest for herself from books. Yes, this was familiar... A small purring soon began to emit from underneath pile of books, a dragon's version of snoring, perhaps.
