Marlene waited for the airlock to cycle, her men waited as well, taking the opportunity to check the seals on their suits, and for Marlene to check her own systems.

The deep, glossy black visor snapped shut over the woman’s face, and the suit pressurized and began to respond to her life signs. Everyone involved wore the equivalent of EVA Gear, as there had been many times where, in a last ditch effort pirates, and smugglers depressurized the airlock.

The Aschen’s shipboard AI quickly translated the docking coordinates and displayed them to the XO, as well as instructing the navigational AI Banks to guide the ship into position, locking into what was a fairly automatic process.

“G-4.” Marlene instructed, while holding out her hand. “Good hard seal... Alright...” She said while taking the G-4, and stepping aside to allow an IIA operative to move with a laser cutter.

They looked with a frown at the ice caked on the hull, this meant that the docking tube couldn’t get a good seal, it didn’t matter though as Marlene gave the signal to depressurize, their suits would function just fine.

One Aschen moved in with a heat gun, while the second began calibrating his laser cutter.
