Nellie winced as the Prince made his attempt at being belligerent, slightly more self aware now that Everett was conscious again. It had been one thing to complain about his behavior when he was out like a light, but that awkward awe had returned when His Highness was aware again. Listening to Jana speak, the cheetah couldn't help but hope with each new sentence that it would be an intelligent one. Not for any particular prejudice against Jana, but more because it would seem embarrassing to be engaged in such a commonplace conversation around the prince. Luckily, the shewolf had more in her head than fur, and it was Nellie's turn to respond. She cleared her throat.

"I think if his Highness is goin' to only using a couple cloth bandages to be stopin' a sabre strike, wes best keep 'im from the acrobatics of a tunnel anna' foot escape. I have two tickets for the 4:10 to Draxton..." Nellie explained carefully, addressing her remarks to Jana because she was too anxious to look at the prince directly. "...and with all the commotion 'n things from the shootin' we should be able blend in with the crush on the way over there."

The second ticket, of course, belonged to Mr. Kosovo. They were supposed to be their ride home after the tradesman made his report. Mr. Kosovo...what had gotten to him? Nellie was sure that crafty leopard could take care of himself. Although a bit apprehensive about leaving her employer ticket-less in a revolting capitol, the cheetah determined that saving his Highness was probably the higher priority.
