“I shouldn’t have slept for so long…don’t even remember falling asleep…maybe I overdid it when I healed and work on that creature’s mechanical arm,” she murmured. Eon pulled off her blades from her back to place them under her right arm. Next, she pulled on her bag. The heavy weight against her back was a comfort. Once it was secure, she moved a blade to each hand. “It’s late enough, most should be asleep. I need to find a bathroom as well, guess a little exploring won’t hurt,” she added. Eon proceeded to exit the safety of the cargo hold. She was quick and lucky enough to avoid the few people she caught glimpses of.
She entered the bathroom and had a sudden headache. Eon placed her things down. She pulled out a few Lunar bars from her bag. Eon ate them before she stripped and entered the shower. It was only a few minutes before steam filled the bathroom. The shower was quick. Eon quickly moved on to cleaning her teeth, moisturizing, and dressing. She decided to leave the cloak in the bag. She only glanced in the mirror to run her fingers through her damp hair. Her fingers rested at the back of her neck as she looked at herself.
“I have no idea where this ship is going. Are they even going to be landing soon? Shit, I never stowed away on a ship for more than one day. What if someone finds me? I can’t kill everyone here,” she whispered. Eon sighed loudly as she slid on the bag and grabbed her blades. She exited the bathroom and began to walk back to the cargo hold, distracted by her thoughts. Her grip was tight on the handle of each blade.
