After they changed back into their more comfortable clothing, Aetrius turned to Rose and pardoned her for a while to be with Linde. After the young girl left, Aetrius turned to Linde and remained silent. All day Aetrius had made sure that Linde had been paranoid all day, for her possible revenge. But she finally felt as though Linde had enough waiting, and walked back to her and knelt down inront of her as Linde sat on the bed. "Linde...In case...In case something happens tomorrow...I just want you to know, that...I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't met you, let alone hadn't decided to detour to Atlum all those weeks ago.." she said softly, and paused looking down. She dug into her pocket and removed a small, amber colored necklace from her pocket and looked back at Linde as she placed the necklace in her hand, "This...This was the last thing I ever received from my mother before..." she took a pause again and looked down, trying to keep herself from breaking down. Her mother was Aetrius' best friend, aside from Kieran while growing up, and the day she lost her, she felt like she lost a part of herself, and maybe she even did. "Before she and my father died...Ever since she gifted it to me, I've been kept safe for the most part...I want you to keep it from now on...It's made of what we Saharan's call, Dragon Amber. Whether it's actually what its name entails, I don't know...But it's been my lucky charm, and I want you to have it...Please..." she said softly as she slowly and gently closed Linde's hands around the necklace, and her own burn scarred hands shakily clasped themselves around Linde's hands. Whether it was from the memories of losing her mother, losing Linde, or anxiety from what tomorrow entailed, she wasn't sure. But for one thing she was certain of, she'd keep Linde safe tomorrow at all costs.
