Jessi watched the large beastie as it spoke, edging out a bit further so she would be clear of the tables and those who lay curled on the floor. The amber energies coalesced in her eyes and streamed away from the eye sockets, swirling around her head before drifting off and dissipating into the substance of the room. As Jessi moved, she eased her cloak back and over her shoulder exposing the handle of the second sword. The crackling and flowing white-silver glow of the electrical energy that flowed along the sword created a very audible hum that continued to fill the small room. The darshan flowed and swirled around the Xindhi, touching the elements in the room, understanding them each in their relation to the other objects and elements of the tavern.

Jessi traced the life energies of the girl as it dissipated and was absorbed into the darshan and prana of this holon. Before the Xindhi could move another shot, a single bullet raced through the air, causing minute ripples as the energy of the projectile transverses the distance from barrel to target.
