Spyri blinked when called an alien, blinked again when the leg was addressed, but kept her eyes trained on the stranger. He used a translating device- not too unusual for these parts. As he ran his fingers through his hair, she noticed pointed ears and blushed. That was a trait she hadn't seen in some time. Her thoughts began to drift back a few years. Spyri was snapped back to the present when her weapon was mentioned.

"Oh, yes," Spyri gripped the hilt tight for a moment. She didn't sense anything too off about this guy, other than that he was out of town, so she swung it around in front and held it aloft.

"It chose me, and yeah, I'm a fighter I guess you could say. I mean, I train. And I have fought... You said you were a prince?" She kicked out a chair and plopped down. She was a Princess, once, very long ago. Most of her forgot that life.
