"Good," Azure's voice began as she and Syra joined the rest of the mismatched party in the office. Her eyes darted to the now empty bottle on the floor, its undrunk contents seeping into the old wood floor. "The universe needs more men and women willing to protect what truly matters." She shifted her helmet under her arm as she looked at each in turn, "You all have clearly proven yourselves capable, my employer will be grateful to know that Horat's Sceptre is still in your possession and that you've found a place to hunker down," she strode across the room and rested her helmet on the desk in front of Ash before extending her hand, "Pleasure to officially meet you, Captain, you can all call me, Azure for now." She smiled softly as Ash shook her hand. She then turned to face the rest in the room, Syra finding herself leaning against the doorframe.

"I wish to help you, and so do my friends. I know I"m not from this world, but my mission is to protect Syra, and if that means joining you all and keeping that weapon out of the hands of those who mean to cause harm, so be it. You have my blade."

"I don't give a damn, I have a mission to complete and you're just getting in the way!"

A muffled voice came from outside the Knight Commander's office. A few seconds later a young man draped in Indigo colored robes carrying a large box, burst through the door of what should have been a secure room. Two knights followed him in, their weapon's drawn. "Relax! I'm leaving, I was told to just give this to him!" The youth dropped the box and shook his head as the two Knights apprehended him, "That's for you, this too!" He slipped his hand into his pocket and tossed an ivory envelope perfectly on to the Knight Commander's desk. "Alright, I'm going!" He shouted as the Knights hauled him away.

The envelope simply read 49. It's whimsical handwriting having become familiar over the years. A small smile would cross his lips but was quickly forgotten as his eyes fell on the box the reckless youth had dropped in the doorway. He would resist the urge to open the box until after reading the letter, one couldn't forget their manners even if the gift giver wasn't around after all.

"To The Wandering Joker, the letter began as the Knight Commander sat at his desk.

I want to begin by expressing my thanks to your knights. I've recently learned that they aided one of my agents on her way to The Rock. I don't need to tell you the situation happening on a world that nearly broke us so long ago. The history alone is enough to send shivers down my spine at night. However, it has become a place of contention, not only for those who call the desert world home but to those seeking control. I understand their mission and respect your Order. We seemingly both want what is best for that world and as such we have both dispatched our own to offer their expertise and influence. I only ask that you allow my agents to complete the task they've been assigned, and no harm will come to your Knights. They've been told to help where they can but will defend their own orders. I pray for this situation to resolve itself peacefully and ask your Knights to work with mine to achieve the best outcome. King Horat's Sceptre must be removed for The Rock to determine its own fate in the New World we find ourselves in. Let us stand side by side as we have before, and urge those who've inherited this burden to do the right thing.

Regards,

The Master of Gales

PS: As a show of Faith, I have returned to you what I unrightfully stole long ago

The Knight Commander would then open the box to find the armor he'd worn upon meeting the Ultimate Organization all those years ago. Taken from him as a show of force by the Organization's then-leader, Wing, as a misguided attempt to placate those who feared the man had been sent by the Knights (The Organization's enemy at the time) to destroy them from within.

"Hey!! He says 'Hi!' by the way!!" A voice came from outside the window, three stories down. The indigo robbed youth had managed to convince the Knights to let him go, by name dropping no doubt.
