Kaylessa followed behind Hayden as they went towards Markus’ place where Neden had been staying lately, hoping she would be in so they could tell the angel about Travis. She was stood behind Hayden as he knocked and waited, but within moments Kay saw Neden come out of the bushes off to the side and come up to them, quickly warning them about hunters. “Hunters?” She questioned, but Neden was quickly off, handing a sort of a dagger to Hayden and walking away, talking to them as Kay skipped for a second to catch up.
Hayden quickly told Neden what was going on, telling them about Travis and how Rosie quickly took him off somewhere, but saying he wasn’t sure what Rosie would do. Though Kay noticed him get distracted before speaking up and noticing Neden was hurt. Kay was about to offer to heal them, but forgot Hayden was also a healer. She had never seen him use his powers in person since nothing bad has happened since he arrived in town, but watched silently he healed Neden.
“Okay, but we need to help Travis. Neden please. He’s sorry for what he’s done, like how you are sorry about what you did before. He wouldn’t come back for no reason. I… I just have a feeling.” Kaylessa quickly spurted once Neden was healed. She wasn’t one to pressure people to do something, but she was taking Travis' request to heart. After blinking a few times at Neden, the angel agreed. “Maybe Rosie took him back to her place? I don’t know exactly.” She mumbled. Neden patted Kaylessa on the head and told her she would take care of it, but they need to be careful and be safe. Kay nodded as she looked over at Hayden and the two of them walked away, Kay giving Neden one last smile before leaving.
