Usagi's hands balled tighter into fists, her nails digging small crescents into her palms. The Spire was not kind to those who could not hold their own. "They have skill," The girl's words were soft. It may appear as if Team Artellis relied on dumb luck, but she could see their abilities among their team members.
Their caster could manipulate aether. They had a gun slinger with a unique talent, a dragon with immense strength, and a boy with a workshop weapon he could clearly handle. There was only one weak link and it was the cat sitting on the throne. Usagi glanced at the cloaked man beside her. "The timer is ticking down, it's nearly over." The winning team would gain a great advantage. Even with the promises of a prize, it was wise of Usagi and Jin to sit out.
