Yuri's visage turned hard at Raos' reply. He didn't care who he was or where he came from, and was about to retort when Darien mentioned the spell. Yuri let his anger evaporate and waited patiently for the spell.

Darien seemed like an honorable sort, albeit still a bit young. Maybe he will mature into a respectable general or captain one day. This Raos on the other hand seemed to have a temper on him. Yuri liked that, it showed a fighting spirit. He clearly wasn't intimidated easily and would clearly become a good warrior. Suppose looking half lizard would do that.
