Kayl was trying to reason with his servant; it was useless of course better to jus start the battle and either kill her or be killed himself. He looked to Adeline and smiled taking her hand he laid a peck on it, "Soon it will be your turn to defend me so be patient." He looked away and noticed his pet Lora laying down next to the stairs. The scene afforded him a light laugh. Lora had fallen asleep and now laid shamelessly sprawled out, one hand above her the other to the far side; one leg was bent away from her and the other one laid straight out. She also was snoring; a little bit of drool had begun to come out the corner of her mouth. It was a hilarious scene to say the least, but what was more funny was the fact that she had actually fallen asleep against his orders. It was amusing to see that this simple human girl was still able to retain some of her own free will. He wasn't quite sure how but as long as she would obey his orders when it was truly necessary he hardly cared.
