Astrology

Fixed: Determination, stability, depth, persistence, stubbornness
Mutable: Adjustable, understanding, analytical, strategic, extroverted
Cardinal: “moveable”, instigator, predisposed to great influence and change

Elements
Beyond just corresponding to the element of their ruling province, the elements speak about more personal tendencies.
The elements have warm and cold counterparts. What these attributes govern is debatable- some say it governs one’s way of thinking, specifically whether they are more creatively or mathematically minded. Others say it governs the potency of one’s presence.
Cold: (Earth, Ice, Sound, Dark/Night) Mathematically minded, Uncontrolled potency of presence
Warm: (Fire, Air, Light, Water) Creatively minded, controlled potency of presence
Elements have patterns, but are specific to each sign as well. They not only suggest patterns in a person’s personality and tendencies, but connect spiritually to those under their sign. If born under a sign of water, for example, the element is far more likely to be significant to that person.
Fire: Tempermental, needs to be managed, somewhat fickle, Fire is not physical- operates frequently on intuition, strong sense of self, highly motivated, moves quickly, and kind of impulsive.
Peregrin: Peregrin is the first fire sign which means that it's dynamic and temperamental qualities are heightened. Peregrin astrology represents fire in its most pure form, being the most active, interested in everything and adventurous, like a small fire that has just been ignited in a fireplace full of kindling. This is where and how Peregrin childlike qualities and raw enthusiasm originate.
Night/Dark: Fire’s cold counterpart, isn’t physical so somewhat intuitive as well, difficult to understand, more constant than fire, strong sense of self, highly motivated, moves more slowly, more strategic, somewhat ambitious
Eture: Eture leans toward the philosophical, the bottom part of the fire that is mystical and out of reach. Eture is idealistic and creative, the fire energy of Eture astrology is geared towards higher ideals and philosophical, wandering pursuits. Eture is the most gentle of the fire associated astrology signs, symbolic of fire slowly going out as it nears its end.
Water: refreshing, if contained is easy to deal with, intuitive, emotional, has a knack for understanding people, caring, helpful, but also sensitive.
Matroje: Matroje sign is the first water sign and represents water in its most basic form. Matroje is genuine, concerned with others, nurturing and the most helpful. When unleashed however, like a river that spills its banks, Matroje can be very aggressive when the need to defend themselves or someone they love.
Ice: Water’s cold counterpart. Intuitive, emotional but unlikely to show them, sensitive but not as much towards others, steady but sharp and fierce.
Saida: Saida represents the power that water potentially has. If not properly contained, it can continuously wreak havoc on everything in its path. Saida is full of energy and intensity and is similar to a vindictive blizzard. Saida needs control and has to be under self control, all the energy has to be harnessed to be effective, so Saidas often come off as cold or blunt and hurtful. But if the energy is harnessed well, Saidas are very productive and loving.
Earth: Very ‘real’, “down to earth”, stable, multi-faceted, dependable, unchanging, somewhat materialistic, unskeptical
Zahar: Zahar is the earth in its most basic and purest form. Just like the pure earth is made up of various elements, Zahar has many sides and takes interest in everything from materialistic possessions to solid to being a powerful status symbol. Sort of like the depths of the earth, Zahar is mysterious and deep. They can be dark, not in a malicious sense, but in a depressed sort of way since they are very conservative and have a difficult time with pleasure since they are so concerned and involved in their work and the more serious aspects of life.
Faelion: Faelion is the most stable and the strongest of Earth signs. Faelion are known for their stubborn nature and their unwillingness to change. Faelion is earthly sensual and wants harmony and happiness, creating it by their surroundings, holding tight to the people and the things in their life. They have a solid foundation and help other to build theirs too, they are dependable, nurturing and wise.
Light: Earth’s warm counterpart. Very real, but more flexible and understanding, multi-faceted, dependable, far less possessive, and inquisitive
Satra: [color=green]Satra always has to be in the middle, like the sun which happens to be a planet’s astrological opposite. Satra loves to be the center of attention and this is where they perform and feel the best. Like the sun, Satra is stable and radiant and helps to keep others under control. Satra is steady, dependable, grand and makes its presence known.
Lakari: The middle sign is represented by the middle of earth, not quite on the surface and not quite deep down either. Stuck in the middle and indecisive. Lakari lives in their own world on an earthly-mental plane. They observe and think with quick analytical precision, and are flexible, helpful and stable. Lakari is the least physical of the earth signs.
Air: Hard to see, unpredictable, unhappy when contained, eccentric, very thought-oriented, said to be a little out of touch with reality, lack some emotional depth
Ventoridae: The first air sign, Ventoridae is the most flighty, like the wind that forms a dust devil, picking up debris, swirling with it and then letting it go, exploring off to another region. When forced to slow down, it cannot for long and does not know what to do, marked by the known Ventoridae trait of indecisiveness. Ventoridae never feels complete and the Ventoridae, the sign of duality is always on the search for something, trying to find that one person or thing that will complete them. Ventoridae is the sign of communication; they want to know everybody and everything, like the wind that flows forever along the land, surrounding every nook possible on the way.
Iuristitia: Iuristitia is represented by air, not moving but the air that circulates slowly that we need to breathe. Bringing harmony, life and balance to the world. Iuristitia wans to be peaceful and essential to the lives of everyone they touch, just like air. Iuristitia wants to form relationships of balance, I give you air, you give me life. This is how important relationships are top the Iuristitia sign.
Sound: Air’s cold counterpart. Hard to see, but easy to hear ((hahah)), hard to contain, eccentric, very-thought oriented but highly emotional, more grounded in reality, unpredictable
Opetaja: Opetaja is the highest air element. Opetaja is the powerful force that makes the world go around. Words have the power to change and it does, Opetaja is the sign of change and originality. Opetaja seeks understanding and knocking down of barriers, like the jet stream that circulates air from one corner of the world to the other essentially uniting everyone and everything. Opetaja is very unpredictable and erratic, seeking the truth from way up above the rest of the world, Opetaja is the most advanced thinker of the zodiac. Opetaja is concerned with advancing civilization and the future of mankind.
Others--
Water/Sound Psaru: Represented by the small creek, by piling up a handful of dirt, you can make it flow another direction, when it rains, it can flow north when it normally flows south because it is overtaken by the rainwater. Psaru is overly flexible and too adaptable. Psaru is very charming, inspirational and mystical, also like the beautiful creek that which artists paint pictures. It is calming and the sound can put you to sleep and mystify you. Psaru is the most spiritual of all the zodiac signs.

Presiding province: Each province has an elemental and astronomic tie to a sign. Aside from elemental tie, the province a sign is attached to is the province from which the constellation is visible the longest. Being born in a province may make you more likely to fall under the residential sign, but does not guarantee it.
