The House.

So I thought I'd go over the house with you guys before we begin so you know what it looks like and its location. I also thought I'd go over background and things of the sort. Thehouse itself is owned by the Chase Family. They spent their summers up their, which by default means that the group has also spent time up there. The house has six bedrooms four single bedrooms and two doubles. It has three full bathrooms. There are two outdoor seating areas. One on the secondlevel and one on the third. It has two kitchens: An indoor and an outdoor. Its about a a mile and a half from the attractions at Sea Side but still has easy access to it. If you go down the stone pathway in the backyard you'll also reach the beach. The sand gets super hot out there though so sandals are a necessity. If you want waves and people and parties you should head down to the southern tip past the south beach rides. There are bars down there and usually college kids who rent for the summer.
