Heya! This sounds super interesting, I'd love to steal a role (once they're up, of course!)

I'd like to know, are only people who have previous military experience recruited, or do they take random people who seem suitable as well (like MI6 does)? Thanks!

Existing members of Shadow Company have been recruited from the cream of the crop, including, but not limited to, international armed forces, private military companies, anti-terrorism organizations (GIGN, GSG-9, etc.), police (FBI, SWAT, etc.), and intelligence authorities (CIA, MI6).

Civilian members are almost non-existent in the ranks of Shadow Company, with the exception of scientists brought in to evaluate scenes of possible chemical/biological weaponization, who will have received firearms training, and military survival training.
