|| Appearance ||
Maya is a very thin and an even-toned young lady. Because of her neat and organized attitude, she has this thing where even her body shape, size, weight, color, and anything else would have to be at a perfect standard, nothing less. She is quite thin, but not being bone thin, and has a slightly curved build, although it is hardly shown because of her clothing choice. What Maya tends to wear is red plaid and wool vest over a white shirt with a collar that is bound by a golden tie, sometimes accompanied by a green gem. Besides that, she also wears a plaid skirt with white frills at the bottom that goes just above her knees with lovely black shoes and socks that are just below her knees. There is just about always an ornament in her hair, being a bow or fake flower. The birthmark she bears is what appears to be half of a flower that extends from her neck to the height of her back.

|| Personality ||
Maya's personality really has two, or three if you'd like to believe, sides to her. Her first and usual personality is one she's willing to show to anyone, even her worst enemies. Her usual actions and words are very logical, wise, and mature. Although Maya has not become a fully-aged adult, she still chooses all her words very carefully, making sure to express how intelligent she can really be. This also means that her temper is very long. She can deal with a yelling child or a fussy adult for over days without end, being very patient and calm. That goes for when she's being offended too. Because of how clever she can be, she tends to take a liking and make a hobby of outsmarting both her enemies, friends, and just strangers.

Even so, she knows when she has lost. As much as she likes winning an argue, Maya is not competitive enough to continue her side of the argue when she knows she's lost her fight. Although she can sometimes be stubborn, Maya is still a very perceptive person and will be wise enough to know when to stop. This goes for when she's using her magic, fighting, arguing, or just simply debating. That doesn't mean she's not submissive though, in fact, she's nothing close to that. She's much more dominate, group wise, and likes to be at the top giving orders, but not because she's selfish. After all, she could make a great leader.

Maya is usually depicted as a strong and calm young woman, but once she tends to open up to that rare handful of people, most tend to then notice that she's actually quite the weak person. She thinks that she has no real strengths or talents and that she is actually a useless person. In reality, she kind of is, but always tries to make herself look good and well. While her intelligence and life-saving abilities can come in handy, she doesn't want to use them for a specific reason, which is why she deems herself to be useless. This is the one thing she refuses to face.

ϡ Hidden Insecurity - As known, Maya, usually, would usually have some confidence in her actions, but she's actually not very confident at all, making her insecure. She's all anxious that if she makes one mess up, she'll be blamed for something huge that'll have a great impact on her.

ϡ Hesitation - Maya always hesitates when she must use her powers. She just simply hates using them and believes that her intelligence alone is more than enough than having to use an ability that she considers inhumane and monstrous. Therefore, she's always wanting to use her powers only when it is most needed.

|| God ||
Idunn (Norse Goddess); Idunn is the Norse Goddess of youth and springtime. Her name means she who renews and has several alternative spellings including: Indun, Iduna and Idhunna. She was one of the lesser known Aesir Goddesses who lived in Asgard. She is the keeper of the magical apples that give the Gods immortality. When Loki arranges for the giant Thiassi to abduct her all the Gods and Goddesses start to age and weaken. Loki is summoned by the angry Gods and is told to rescue her. He borrows Freya's falcon cloak and flies to the giants house. Luckily the Giant is out fishing so Loki transforms Idun into a nut, attempting to fly her home quickly before the giant discovers her missing. The Giant returns home early and changes into an eagleso he can give chase. The Eagle is faster than a falcon and the giant begins to gain on Loki. Odin sees them in the distance and instructs the Gods to light a fire once Loki has safely flown overhead. The Eagle is unable to stop and his wings burst into flames. || God's Blessing ||
Image
The ability Maya has been granted is one that can restore anything back to the way it was. Although, it takes much more energy for larger items, damages, or wounds, she's capable of bringing anything back to the way it was with the time and energy granted, which can take from a few minutes to a whole few days, or even weeks. Unfortunately, this doesn't save very many people as healing others is not exactly what she masters. Her ability mostly focuses on living things, such as plants, or regular items like a table, etc. But don't think of this as a good thing; when she can also restore, she can also destroy. Maya's destructiveness is much less than her restoration though, luckily, but when she does use it, it tends to act like time; If she were to use her powers on a flower, it would age very quickly and wilt within a mere few seconds. Still, due to her fear of herself, she tends not to use either.

|| Skills ||
Intelligence - Maya's intelligence is beyond amazing, even for growing up in an average family. Her vocabulary is vast and as her choice of words as well. This has also helped with minor sports like chess, or just simply arguing with someone who won't back down. Because of how wise she can be, she is hardly beaten in a fight between words.

Reading - When it comes to reading, Maya can finish a whole novel, or a book around 300-400 pages, in around two or three hours. Four at the very most if she were reading slow. She can read anything and everything very fast, therefore explaining why is she so smart.

ϡ Befriended a God - The goddess that Maya has communication with is Idunn, and although she is mortal and she is a goddess, the two get along like mother and daughter, or even sisters. They both are polite and very lady-like, therefore leading to a good relationship between the two.

Martial Arts - A bit hard to believe because she appears to be such a polite and mature young lady who wouldn't even dare to lift her leg slightly, Maya is actually amazing at martial arts because her younger brother had taught her when they were younger. She is still a female, but she would obviously use it when needed for self defense, but self defense only.

|| Biography ||
Maya was born into a very average family. Her mother was a nurse and her father was a doctor, so nothing was really worth that much, especially in the poor place they lived in. She was the first to be born out of her two other siblings. She was born during a very average time, just like her family. Although the poor and very old town they lived in was still poor and very old, Maya was used to this, so although there was some struggle, she adjusted just as quick as the other children that were born somewhere around her time. Of course, she had to take on partial jobs like tending to the flowers at the nursery or organizing books at the library or school. There had to be something for her to do to help her parents since they still needed money to survive, just hardly dangling on the edge of having to move.

That was just what it was like during average times. Five years after Maya was born, then came the twins; a brother and sister. Maya's younger brother went by the name Dae while her little sister was named Ion. While Maya was born in the time that any child should be born in and usually would be born in, Dae and Ion were born in a very great time of need. Because of how poor their town was, something went wrong with their tiny little government, and that lead to very little money. Maya's mother and father struggled to find a legit person to hire them, but they never did.

In the end, the only thing they could do was move away. Maya had to separate from her friends as they took a ride far, far, far away. Then, they took a plane, far, far away. Maya never really figured out where she used to live, or where they moved to afterwards. What Maya remembers of it was that it was large, near the sea, modern, and incredibly crowded. She lived in a city with modern technology, things she hadn't seen before in her little town; phones, computers, and other larger things that made her wonder what she had never seen before. It was there where her parents found a good job and there were Maya and her siblings began to attend a school.

Her siblings, Dae and Ion, were average in their school studies. They weren't really anything special, to be honest, but they were proud with even their lowest grades, so they were easily accepted by social groups. Although this did have an effect on where they'd be placed in their classes, their personalities were bright and cheerful, so they had no problem with them moving from their old town into a new one filled with new and different people.

Maya, on the other hand, had an insane amount of trouble dealing with what had gone on in her life, even though she was only 15 years old at the time. She was in her sophomore year of high school, a public school that had many people, most who already made their close friends and weren't willing to make anymore. Because of this, Maya had a hard time blending in with groups. Especially because of her odd hair and eye color. Some people would think she was crazy and belonged in a mental hospital while others thought she was some sort of rebel that liked being different. Then, there were the strange students who believed she was one of those olden country styled girls who liked to dress fancy and talk fancy. Maya had no accent when she spoke, but she was still made fun of and was pushed away from other groups.

This was when Maya became isolated and became independent. She began to stay after class studying, spending all her time at home studying, and eventually, it all paid off. She moved up a whole grade when she was still a year or two younger for it all. People would still stare at her for her odd appearance, but soon began to admire how smart she was and she was being fawned at by her second year at her high school. This made her younger siblings envious since they only had the social life on their side while their sister had both the social life, and the grades. She would be successful and a great person. But it was, after all, too good to last very long. This only went on for a few months until the Marcasius family got a letter, saying that Maya was capable of enrolling into a new and much more advanced school.

No cost. Free education. Those were the only two words Maya's parents saw, and of course, they enrolled her without thinking twice. Maya disagreed. After finally getting used to her current school, she didn't want to have to switch schools a third time and have to adapt to that one as well. It would just be all too much stress on her shoulders, and she couldn't bare the thought of it. But her parents kept on pushing her to accept. They had a money problem before, and to hear of a very high level school that was free of charge? How could they resist after the frustration they went through at their old town?

Maya still didn't like the idea, but after another month of trying to persuade their daughter, she finally gave in. She was still very hesitant, of course, but it wasn't as if she could say no to her parents. After packing her bags, a few moments of crying with her parents and siblings, she headed off alone, only seeing them one last time at the house waving goodbye while she waved back. That was the only memory imprinted of them that she could remember before figuring out the truth about what was apparently called a school.

In fact, it wasn't a school. It wasn't anything of the sort. It was a building, a simple building, that was used to test on people. And apparently, Maya was one of the test subjects among others her age. She couldn't believe it, and she was frightened for the first few days, but being used to adapting, she eventually got rid of her fear. That's when she began to hear a voice, a woman's voice that kept on telling her things like, "You shouldn't be afraid." or "You can talk to me if needed." It was comforting but Sometiems she would think that she was simply going mad from all that had happened.

In the end, she figured out that the woman she had contact with was a goddess; Idunn. While it took a little while to get used to, Maya eventually grew used to her company and began to like it, as she was perhaps the only thing that kept Maya from going insane at that facility. By then, she took note of almost every person's name that had been there with her at the experimental building and took note of their odd abilities. From the very start, Maya saw it as a stupid thing to have. It could be used for bad purposes, therefore making Maya have a partial hatred for just the thought of having an ability, and especially her own ability. She's blamed it on Idunn for a while, but got over what she was gifted with. Just as she began to adjust, again, an escape plan was launched, and she, for some reason, went along with it.

A currently bright day for godlings in the forest, it's been 2 weeks since they escaped and currently are living at the building ruins they found.

Tadashi Renichi

ImageAlthough this day to some, may have been a "nice" day, Tadashi thought it was an annoying day. This whole place annoyed him, but today it annoyed him more then usual. Why? Simple...

The sun was shining on his face as he tried to nap on a tree branch. The tree branch wasn't high up, but still fairly high enough for him to get injured is he fell. That of course, didn't stop him from doing that.

He had decided to take a nap right now, because he couldn't think of a way to free the other people still trapped there. After all, if they went near that place they'd probably be sedated or shot down with tranquilizers like animals. Perhaps they could stage a giving up and go back but...it might all be wasted, since they escaped with a lot f luck.

"So brat, what's up? Still thinking of how to break them free?" A voice sounded in his head, which caused said "brat." To scowl slightly while his eyes were closed.

"Shut up, old man." He muttered under his breath, as he crossed his arm over his eyes in hope of blocking out the light. It didn't work to well, or either he was bothered by Susano'o so he felt like it didn't work.

"Is that anyway to respect a god?!" Came an irritated reply, but an amused tone at the end. Tadashi sighed, before looking at the leaves of the tree, deciding to ignore the Japanese storm god. Usually, this was how his conversations would go with him; an insult here, there, then he would just ignore him. Luckily, the storm god didn't seem to be in the mood for fighting, and just remained silent.

Leaves crunched and twigs cracked under Genevieve's feet as she walked through the wood, cursing herself for lacking the ability to move silently. She'd been tense ever since she escaped the school with her five companions. Constantly looking over her shoulder, reaching for the knife she kept in the small satchel that hung from her shoulder every time an unexpected sound alarmed her. This was no way for people to live. But then neither was their lifestyle at the school.

A shadow darted over the sunlight and Genevieve glanced up as a large, dark raven landed on a nearby branch and gave her a cracked, throaty greeting. Gen crept closer and lifted her hand to stroke the silky black feathers.
"Hello, Nightmare."
she murmured. The bird cocked a beady eye at her and when she continued on her way, she heard the flutter of his wings as he followed her. Nightmare had been coming and going ever since she'd escaped the school and Genevieve felt sure that he was sent from Persephone. Her own, personal, guardian angel. Her shadow among the shadows. The bird followed Genevieve all the way to her destination; a clear pool of water not far from the ruins her and her fellow godlings were bunkered in. The pool was kept cool in the shade of the huge maple that sheltered it and the water was fresh and clean. Genevieve crouched and took a canteen from her bag, filling it to the brim before capping it back up and leaning back on the grass, enjoying the shade.

The day was clear and not at all hot. 70 degrees and paired with a crisp breeze. It was the sort of day her parents and the animals back on the farm lived for. But for Genevieve, it was another day that she could only take in careful doses. The sun, so bright and inviting, had always been cruel to the girl with pale skin. She burned so easily and after two weeks practically living outdoors, her skin had turned a rosy pink and it itched with the beginnings of a burn. But that was just part of Genevieve's package. When she was very small, Genevieve was visited occasionally by the goddess who'd "blessed" her. Persephone, the golden lady of the light. She had hair the color of straw, eyes a glorious shade of hazel. She'd told Genevieve that her curse was being one of light who longed for the dark. She'd blessed Gen in a way that would balance herself out. And so, just as Persephone had to resurface from the underworld every Spring and Summer, Genevieve would spend her days keeping to the shadows and making friends with the moon.

Genevieve sighed and closed her crystal blue eyes, trying to relax and clear her mind. There were five in her group that had been training at the school for so long that they'd somehow managed to make a sort of psychic connection with the gods who'd blessed them. Gen would kill to be able to talk to Persephone. But every time Gen tried to summon up a picture of her Goddess, the only woman that came to mind was Genevieve's mother, Trinity. Genevieve opened her eyes, not willing to go down the halls of her memories just now. And then a distant noise made her rise to her feet once more, alert and tense. Hounds sounded their cries far off to the west. The group had been hearing them for days but today they sounded closer. Genevieve shouldered her bag and clucked to Nightmare before jogging off to rejoin with the others.

Maya yawned after taking a short nap, which was simply leaning on a tree. What other places where there to sleep in a forest? She wasn't really someone to go and make her own bed out of leaves or something, and se was most definitely not sleeping on a branch that could probably fall down and break. So the ground was, obviously, the most logical choice.

"Tired, aren't you?"

"I suppose." She said with her usual womanly sounding voice. Not to put it in a strange way, but it was true. Maya was, after all, one of the oldest in the group that escaped that awful facility, and she even looked mature, so it only made sense, really.

"I sometimes can't understand humans... How exactly can you be tired when there is so much to do?"

"Then again," Maya began, saying her words in a hushed tone since, even though some of them could have contact with their gods, she would still appear strange, "You're a goddess and I'm not. I'm just a simple human who has these odd voices in my head."

"Now, now," The voice told her, like an annoyed mother with her child, "Don't go bad mouthing me, love. You'd hate to know what I could do to you."

"Oh but you won't." Maya giggled a little underneath her breath. Honestly, she didn't know how she felt about knowing a goddess so personally. Sometimes she could get annoying, and other times her words were the only thing that comforted her, "Both you and I know it."

She then heard that same soothing voice sigh gently and just slowly fade away. That would end their daily 'First Conversation Of The Day' routine. Maya, too, let out a sigh, but it was more of a tired one. They escaped the prison they were in, and were on the run. Maya was worn out.

While closing her eyes to rest a little longer, she heard a voice say, "Shut up, old man."

This made Maya chuckle a bit as she asked, peeping one eye open, "The two of you arguing again, dear?" She found it funny how some people, five in specific that she knew about, had communication with their own gods, but some that just didn't seem to get along very well. They'd probably have to live with their voices and opinions their whole life, so in her perspective, it'd be wisest to try and get along. But she kept this to herself, knowing it'd only cause trouble if she said anything out loud.

Although Maya never really got along well with her lovely goddess, Idunn, she didn't really hate her either. They had a strange relationship, one that was hard to explain, but easy to see. Sometimes they'd get along like mother and daughter, or like best friends, and other times they'd hate each other like cats or dogs, and sometimes she'd drive Maya to the point of insanity. But her voice mostly kept her away from insanity, especially when Maya was trapped in that 'school.' She could have gone insane and probably would have died in there without Idunn.

Just the thought of that place made Maya sick, causing her to frown as she sat up straight again, getting off the tree she was leaning on, and muttering something under her breath, sounding sort of like a curse towards the scientists and their trickery. It made her a bit angry that she told her that it was a school she'd go to, and they were probably still sending out the same messages to other people. It just made her angry, especially, that she was unable to do anything about it at the moment.

Well, she probably could with the powers she gained after becoming what she nows calls a monster. Her powers were something she considered inhumane, something that mere humans like her shouldn't even posses, including having contact with an actual god. Maya could use both to her advantage and destroy that place with the help of the others who had escaped, but she hesitated. She always did after figuring out what she was capable of.

"Pathetic..." She murmured to herself, "Those wretches turned us all into monsters..." Maya said while leaning back again. She then opened her eyes to focus on the bright light just past the trees and said at an evened tone, "We're going to get all the others back from that horrid place." She said in a determined voice.

Tadashi Renichi

Image"The two of you arguing again, dear?" Came a girl's voice who he already knew. After all, not many people would ever call him "dear"...well besides Damon, bu that was another story he did NOT want to get into. He turned his head slightly to see the green haired girl that had escaped with the others. It wasn't hard to remember her...after all her hair was Green.

Tadashi sat up from his comfortable position from lying down to sitting on the tree, with his back still against the trunk.

"Not arguing...just shutting someone up since I can't hit him all the way up there." He said back, offering a shrug. That got a reaction out of the Storm god, who was still lingering in his mind.

"What was that you fucking Brat?! Even if we did fight, You'd never be ABLE to hit me!" Came the storm god's instant response, annoyance easily on his voice. Though Tadashi would never admit it, they were quite alike mainly in their arrogant attitude. Tadashi simply let a soft snort in response, then retorted out loud back to the Storm God.

Then why don't you come down here and we can fight. I'm not afraid of a ex-deity that can only move puffs of air."

What was that?! That's it you brat! Do you know who I am?!" Tadashi cut him off before he could talk.

"The whiny brother of the sun who couldn't get any real power except the ocean and got kicked out but then invited back in when he killed an overgrown lizard? Actually, I do know who you are." He said, before then adding "I do know who you are, and honestly I don't care."

Of course, the girl would never hear anything that the storm god said, so it looked like he was just arguing with nothing but the wind. As the Storm god remained silent, he inwardly smirked to himself. He had won this round. There were times Susano'o won against him in their verbal competition, but neither of them kept track of the score...though he was pretty sure he was winning right now.

He felt his eyes change back to its normally grey eyes, and figured that was the end to that conversation. Just in time too, as he heard the girl's comments.

"We're going to get all the others back from that horrid place." he heard her say.

Glancing down, Tadashi jumped down to the next branch, before landing and then hanging on the branch. He dropped himself to the ground, and was in front of her. He blinked, before then opening his mouth to speak.

"So...You actually do get bothered by something." He said simply, before stretching and yawning. Well, that was enough sleep. The girl he recalled never really got upset. She always looked patient.

Finnigan
Image

He was in a forest. It was a sunny day. Everyone seemed pretty relaxed at the moment, happy to soak up the rays.
Finnigan wasn't the kind of person who would spend the day lazing around in the sun. The idea was tempting though, no doubt about that. Plus, the boy would have loved to spend a few hours doing absolutely nothing productive, but there were other things to do. There were much bigger things in Finn's mind that he had to deal with rather than sitting in the shade watching the clouds float aimlessly in the sky.
Planning had to be done, strategies had to be formed, and attack plans? Had anyone even considered how they'd break in to the top notch fancy prison? People needed to be saved, and no one seemed to be taking things seriously lately. Was he really the only one out of the six who actually wanted to get the others free?
...Nah, of course not. Stop thinking like that. He chided himself, the others cared. After all, every one of them used to be stuck in that... place. They knew what it was like in there. Friendly at first, then bam! you're now an experiment. How sick.

Finn stared at the drawings he had made in the soft forest dirt a few hours ago. They were meant to be maps, but Finnigan only had a rough idea of the outline of the building that was keeping the remaining godlings from their freedom.
Godlings, that's what they had been called. Weird. Finn had never really thought of that second pestering voice inside his head as a god talking to him, but apparently that's what it was. Finnigan narrowed his eyes, he was getting sidetracked.
Stop it. He scolded, focusing back on the makeshift maps, Concentrate.
"You're still doing that?" The previously mentioned voice asked, "When was the last time you slept? You're not going to get anything done if you can barely stay awake."
It was bad enough that Finn could hear the others talking to their lovely god people, but another voice to listen to was definitely pushing it.
"Not now, Asclepius. I'm busy." Finnigan snapped, glaring at the markings in the dirt.
"Not now? You have an almighty being speaking to you and your choice of words is not now? You sound like Hermes. How disrespectful! I should have Zeus zap you with a lighting bolt to set you in line!"
Suddenly Maya's voice started up in the background, and Finnigan buried his face in his hands, "Oh my god." He mumbled, feeling a headache coming on. Everyone was either completely insane, or gods and goddesses really did exist. Whatever pick, the concept was hard to handle.
"That's gods to you, boy."
Finnigan looked away from his dirt maps and instead up at the sky. The relationship between he and Asclepius wasn't very complicated. Sometimes they would argue, sometimes they would be a little bit nicer, and sometimes they'd be buddies. However, apparently gods didn't like going unappreciated and spoken down upon like they were five year olds. Finnigan found that out the hard way. Stupid gods and their even stupider rules. Stupid everything. Scientists, experiments, gods and powers and all that weird stuff. Screw it all. Finn didn't want to be a part of it, but he had to.
There were people who needed him. Not necessarily him, that was thinking way too highly of himself and his 'power' sucked. 'Ooh, you can heal scratches, cuts, gashes and stuff, but after that you're basically useless because you'll be too tired to do anything! Have fun fighting, doctor!' Finn could easily imagine Asclepius saying the exact words.

"Arguing with the Gods again, Tadashi?" Genevieve called out, stepping from the trees and blinking against the sun. Nightmare soared over her head and settled down in a nearby oak, making low purring sounds as he ruffled his feathers. Gen gave the two godlings before her a small smile and let her bag drop to the ground. She straightened the hem of the white halter top she wore and sank to the ground, propping herself up with her hands. She regarded her two companions and briefly mulled over how different they all were. Maya, always so poised and calm. Such a contrast to her unusual green hair. And then Tadashi, cool and sarcastic. She wasn't sure if she ever would have gotten to know any of these people before she was sent to the school... but now that they were all here, together, she was glad they were in this boat with her.

"I heard the dogs again. Just a few moments ago. They're closer today." Gen informed them. Dogs didn't scare Genevieve at all... she'd dealt with some pretty aggressive animals on the farm before. It was the humans following the mutts that made her uneasy.
"Has anyone thought anything more about what we're going to do when they actually find us? I heard you just now, Maya. When you said that we'd rescue the others. I want to help them, too. But shouldn't we find a more secure place, first?"
In a perfect world, they'd find some obscure shelter that all of the refugees could stay in until they figured out how to get off the island. But the fact of the matter was, they [b]were[b] on an island. There were only so many places one could hide. And the ruins were ideal for shelter. They contained a few rooms, all in shambles of course, and enough enclosures to protect them from the elements.
"Or, perhaps we can figure out how to build up the defenses around the ruins?"
Gen suggested.

"Not arguing...just shutting someone up since I can't hit him all the way up there."

"Now wouldn't we all just love to do that..." She said, wondering what she'd actually do if Idunn just suddenly came down from, well, wherever she came from, and took on a human form. What would she look like? Would she act different? Questions like this began to surround Maya as she thought deeper into it. But of course, that'd never happened, so she easily dropped the topic a moment later before thinking too far into it.

'Maya!' Idunn scolded her after hearing what she said.

"You heard me?" Maya asked, feeling slightly victorious that she seemed to have been teasing a god and not yet suffering from it, "Oh, well then I hope you'll accept my greatest apologies, mother." She said. It was obvious who gave up at that point since Idunn silenced herself with a pout.

She let out, again, another sigh and leaned back further into the tree, not really slouching since she didn't want to appear that bad, but leaning back far enough that she still appeared to be sitting straight, yet was relaxing in a comfortable position. She raised her hand up to block out the sunlight as something heavy seemed to have hit the ground in front of her. She didn't bother to look, but listened.

"So...You actually do get bothered by something."

Maya was about to respond until another, much more feminine voice came to her ears, "Arguing with the Gods again, Tadashi?"

That's when she turned her head to see Genevieve, also one of the oldest of the group. She had actually wondered where the girl went while the others all stayed close, and assumed she was on the watch. Still, it was a relief to see her back.

"I heard the dogs again. Just a few moments ago. They're closer today."

"Well isn't that just spectacular." She said with a smile. Maya hardly worried over any situations, and when she did, being chased was definitely not one of them. What she said was sarcastic, but not like others would use their sarcasm. Like always, her way of saying things were softer than most people's words.

"Has anyone thought anything more about what we're going to do when they actually find us? I heard you just now, Maya. When you said that we'd rescue the others. I want to help them, too. But shouldn't we find a more secure place, first?"

"Oh dear, did I let my mouth run again?" Maya asked, sitting up straight, and then standing as she dusted the few leaves off her clothing, "Well, to answer both your and Tadashi's question; I do intend to get them all back, but only when the time is right. The sooner would be better, but if we go at the wrong time, it'd be a suicide mission, and everyone would lose. A secure place would also be nice, if we could possibly find one on this island, but in the mean time, if we play our cards right in this chase, we shouldn't be caught. And yes, I do get bothered by quite a few things."

Although it was a lot to say, Maya said it all in a calm tone. She wasn't annoyed, and didn't sound annoyed. Instead, she was her usual serene and composed self. It was hard for her to act otherwise.

"Or, perhaps we can figure out how to build up the defenses around the ruins?"

"That may be the best option... But I, for one, can't say anything for certain just yet." Maya said, propping her right arm, which was under her chin, on her left palm. She seemed to have been tapping her index finger on her cheek lightly as she thought out loud,"It would probably take a little while to build a good defense around a ruin, especially one we may not have found, and by then we could be caught also..."

While saying this, Maya also heard Finn's voice slightly further away from where the three stood, "Oh my god."

"Having trouble dealing with them also, dear?" She asked, not turning to look at him but saying such. It was just a guess, but she was quite certain they were all having trouble with the gods who never seemed to leave their heads. Maya grew used to it a while ago, when she was in the facility, but apparently one of them still had trouble intaking what happened to them all, 'Well... I can't blame the guy....' "I still have trouble believing you're real also."

"Well aren't you a rain of sunshine." Idunn muttered, though Maya would always hear her, no matter how silent she tried to be.

Tadashi Renichi

ImageHearing the new comer, Tadashi simply offered a shrug. Fighting with the god came to be a daily routine now, much to his annoyance. Every time he did something, he would hear a sarcastic comment from that annoying god. As the girls discussed about what to do, he spoke up.

"I could go and distract them for a bit." He said with a another shrug. By distract, he meant beat up. After all, these guys were scientist. They used their brains, and not brawn. It would be completely easy for him to beat them up enough to get them to back off.

Crossing his arms, he continued. "I can at least confuse the dogs for a bit by changing the wind. Then handle the people behind them easily while you guys head to the ruins. That's our best option at the moment." Although he didn't add he'd probably be weak after his use of the wind. It wasn't important right now.

With a sigh, Tadashi walked to a bush, grabbing his bag that he took back with him when they escaped. Reaching inside, he took out to silver Tonfas out, before tossing the bag back down. He rotated the tonfas in his hands, before talking, not looking up. If all of them stayed here to long, their scent would start going toward the dogs, since the light breeze was heading toward the people searching for them.

"Find the rest of us, and get them to the ruins. We'll figure out what to do later." Right now, they needed to get away. With that said, he simply turned and walked where Genevieve had come from.

Being a godling, he didn't get enhanced speed or an enhanced mind. Instead, he had gotten strength which to him showed he was meant for battling and fighting, not so much thinking and running. He despised the thought of running away from such easy prey. He had knocked around a few while they escaped...they had no fighting ability whatsoever, so it would be a quick fight.

Truthfully, he just wanted to buy time for the others to escape further into the dense forest. He shut his eyes, and drew in a breath. He could feel energy-as if electricity running through his body as he summoned wind. He made the wind shift to the east, so the small groups scent were headed there instead of north, where they really were. The dogs barking in the distance had fallen for it, he realized, as the barking grew more distance. An annoyed look crossed his features, as he felt a wave of nausea go through him. A scowl then graced his features as he heard the Storm god's mocking tone.

"Little brat...that was too much energy you used! You won't stand a chance!"

He paused in his stride, and leaned against a tree, as his headache came. It would last a few minutes, then he would be fine again. He didn't have the energy to even say shut up to the god. Footsteps and sticks cracking filled the part where he was in. He hid behind the tree silently, and peered out to see about 4 people with lab coats. The scientists. Looks like some had followed the dogs.

With a sigh, he picked up a rock from the ground, peering out. Aiming carefully, he threw the at a nearby bush causing it to shake. He smirked as the group turned wildly, aiming the dart guns they held toward it...a bad mistake sine they turned away from him.
Image
He rushed out, and struck the back of the first scientist's head harshly, causing the man to fall to the ground with a shout. The others turned, but he hit the next nearest one in the stomach, with enough force to at least crack the rib. The second fell down with a grunt and he kicked the gun out of his hand and into the bushes.

The third was about to shoot, but Tadashi picked up the one on the ground quickly, and that body took the darts instead. The man instantly looked sleepy, and before he could fall into Tadashi, the teen kicked the man in the gut again toward the standing one, causing them both to loose balance. Walking over, he picked up the dart gun, and shot the still awake on his hand. They both fell asleep withing seconds. Turning to the last one, who had just watched with wide eyes he pretended to lunge at him with a predatory smile, just to scare him away. It worked, and the man turned heel and ran screaming. With another smirk, he stood back up straight. Looking down at the three other knocked out adults, he frowned. They would cause to much of a trail. With a sigh, he grabbed the two on each other first, placing his tonfas on the side of him. He began to drag them with some effort away from where they were. Once the two was far enough, he dropped them without a care, and walked back, doing the same to the last man. Once the three were out of the way, he sighed, and sat down by a tree. He felt the waves of nausea come back, since he had honestly ignored the feelings while he was beating the adults up. He'd just rest for awhile, before heading back.

Tadashi Renichi

ImageTadashi's head shot up when he heard movement in the undergrowth. As he attempted to stand up and prepare to fight again, he looked to see the pink hair. Unless someone else had pink hair on the island, it had to be Jinx. He watched quietly, as she came over to him before bending down toward his level.

”You used your power too much again, didn’t you?” The girl said, almost as if scolding him. The headache came back, causing his gaze to go toward the ground, shutting his eyes tightly, not responding as the pain subsided.

"....The dogs would have found us." He said simply, and quietly, as the pain started to fade. Although changing the wind normally wouldn't bother him as much as he did right now, it only was worse since he directed most of the wind on the island. That took a lot out of him, as he did not usually use that much wind. Half the time, he used his powers to just blast people backward, or use it to enhance his hits.

His energy began to return, as he stood up, still wobbly though. But his eyes flickered to sky blue, as Susano'o decided to bother him once again.

"Oi, Brat! Suck it up already! I didn't choose you so you can fall to something like oooh I feel sick!" Rang his voice. A scowl came on his face slightly, as his eyes faded back to gray. He didn't want to be chosen anyway. The only good thing about this was he was away from that woman, man and boy. With an annoyed shake of his head, he looked at the still crouching girl.

"We have to head to the ruins for now." He said simply. They still needed to find Damon, and Josephine. They wre all split up, since they had wandered away from the group.

"I could go and distract them for a bit."

"Oh, actually dear, I think that you probably shouldn't..." Maya frowned a bit. The scientists already had more people like them at their own facility, and she didn't want to lose any more of themselves to those monsters. But apparently, he hadn't been listening since he continued.

"I can at least confuse the dogs for a bit by changing the wind. Then handle the people behind them easily while you guys head to the ruins. That's our best option at the moment."

"And so if you get killed or taken how long are we supposed to wait then, young man?" She asked, though it was more of a rhetorical question. Maya let out a great sight before the same voice popped back into her head.

"You know it's the best choice, right? You all can get away if they're not focused on the rest of the group."

"I don't like when we get split up." She said softly, "It'll be impossible to find each other, and not to mention, we don't even know where two more of us have gone. I suppose you can't tell how worried I am, since you're a god after all, Idunn."

"Unfortunately not."

"Then I would appreciate it if you could be silenced for a little while."

"Find the rest of us, and get them to the ruins. We'll figure out what to do later."

Maya only realized that he was gone, when he was literally gone. Tadashi was out of her sight and reach, and while she didn't like someone leaving the group who is uncertain about coming back in one pice, she wasn't one to stray from the pack for the reason, "Children these days..." She seemed to have muttered underneath her breath as she turned in the opposite direction and said to the rest of the group, "Then I suppose that means we'd better not let this contribution go to waste, shall we? Out of random assumption, I'd say we should head in the opposite ways of the dogs and try to find any lovely pair of ruins there, yes?" Without needing an answer, she began to walk, at a medium fast pace, to try and find a place for the group to stay for the night.

She knew that ruins weren't ever going to be the best living space, but it worked in the mean time, "I can't believe you humans would actually dare to sleep in such a low life place such as that!" Idunn would complain on the way as if she were sharing the same body and would feel how uncomfortable the ground could really be.

"Stop complaining." Maya said as she continued and started to hum a small rhythmic tune that she learned as a child. A little while later, after continuously 'talking to herself,' she saw signs of what may have been a potential place to stay for the night as she called back to the group, "I think I may have found something."

Finn Dubois

"Having trouble dealing with them also, dear?" Maya asked, causing Finn to look towards her, "I still have trouble believing you're real also."
Finnigan snorted, "You got that right." he said, glancing up at the sky again.
What? Do I annoy you? Asclepius taunted, You're lucky I tolerate your poor attitude, boy.
How kind.
Hmph.
Finnigan rolled his eyes, "So, any real plans on what our next move will be? We're not going to be lying around for much longer, right?" he asked, irritated to be doing nothing. His mind kept telling him to work, but he wasn't getting anything done. The others had been talking about building up defenses, but how could they manage that? All they had to work with was what was out in the forest or what they had managed to snag during their escape from 'paradise'.
Then again, Finn wasn't known to be an optimist.

There was a mention about dogs by Genevieve and then Tadashi running off, but once again Finn was too focused on the makeshift map to pay closer attention.
Now if they just could go through that way...
". . .better not let this contribution go to waste, shall we? Out of random assumption, I'd say we should head in the opposite ways of the dogs and try to find any lovely pair of ruins there, yes?" Maya said, interrupting Finn's thoughts.
He then realized that practically the rest of the group was gone, and the few were alone.
"Huh," Finn said, getting up from the ground, "Time goes by fast."
He trailed Maya through the forest for awhile, all while taking in his surroundings when Maya called back to the falling behind Finnigan,
"I think I may have found something."

Finn jogged up beside her and whistled, "Nice." he commented. Sure it was true that sleeping on the ground wasn't ideal. and Finnigan was sure that he'd hear snobby notes from Asclepius later on, but what was a stiff back when compared to a certain death?
