Looks likes: (ummmm, Katara kinda, only her hair is longer, a little more whiter skin tone, and her eyes are more Dark Blue(so yeah, no exact pic D:, but you get the point :D)

Likes: Water, The Boomerang she will find in my 1st post (Everyone else: No....way...you don't mean...Soka's Boomerang? Me: Yes, that very same one, she finds it XD), and her pet Lemur Lepu

Dislikes: People who want to hurt her or her friends, and recently, the Fire Nation (Why couldn't Zuko just live forever @.@)

History: She grew up in a small port town of Tarren, which was one of the 1st attacked. She soon found herself surrounded by her dead friends and family, and on her own traveling. Oh, and if she had a understanding (or if most people) of her Families past, she might find something unexpected....(oh yes, completely)

Other: She wears all blue (duh) and has a varying personality. At some times she will take charge, at others she will listen. She hates her now dead sister, as she was always mean to her and when her mom died when she was 8, she was forced to do all the work. She has an unusual bending way, and while she does use water often, can use ice very powerfully to create weapons and spikes, even in mid air. She has a great understanding of her bending. She never knew her Father, although he might know her..... (will explain in RP, surprise!)
