Will stands at a respectable 6'0". He's an average build. His hair is naturally brown, but he usually has it dyed an unnatural colour, or else bleached blonde. He has a naturally friendly face that usually wears a grin. Even when he's not physically grinning, there's a smile in his eyes. He has blue-grey eyes that can appear dark in some lights. Even if he's not that bulky, he's relatively well built. Both of his ears are pierced.

Will is one of the most enthusiastic people around. No matter what it is, he's always willing to give it a try and to give it his all. It can, at times, be a little annoying, but one cannot deny that it's all very genuine. His enthusiasm shows through his almost constant movement He has an incredible talent for hope, always able to keep it in the worst of situations. Even when things get bad, he'll find something good to focus on. He's incredibly good-natured- always friendly, always ready to give a helping hand, always ready to lend an ear to whatever is troubling you. He doesn't hold grudges, and will always put his feelings aside if it needs to be.

However, Will doesn't know how to deal with any negative emotions. He has a tendency to bury them and let them sit, ultimately resulting in them building and building and overwhelming him or pushing him to a breakdown. He thinks that he needs to be always happy, always enthusiastic, and tries not to let himself show any other emotions. He's very particular about certain things, and while he won't yell or even outwardly show it, it makes him frustrated. He can't always read between the lines, and often needs to be told things straight out. When he reaches a certain level of exhaustion, he becomes a little grumpy and has a habit of leaning on other people and starting to doze off on them.

Will was born in secret. His family wanted to protect him from the controlling regime of the city, and so, he never received the conditioning that the rest of his generation received. As a result, he had no loyalty to his city, no obedience hardwired into his system. From the moment he was born, his parents were teaching him how to act just like everyone else when in public, but encouraged his natural personality at home. Once Will was old enough to understand, he was told the full truth, why he had to act a certain way in public. He was somewhat fortunate with his naturally brown hair and so on- but his natural personality would have made him stand out like a sore thumb if he'd been allowed to be himself.
